Abstract

本研究旨在探討Mosston教學光譜中命令式與練習式兩種不同教學形式的教學效果。以高雄市立福山國中參加體育育樂營學生共40名為受試對象,實施一週連續五天五堂課的籃球定點投籃教學實驗,採前測、後測和保留測為實驗設計。先將全體學員用隨機集區分兩組,再採用獨立樣本t檢定與相依樣本t檢定進行統計考驗,探討不同教學形式在技能客觀性與技能主觀性教學效果的差異性獲致結果如下:

一、學員施以命令式與練習式教學之後,在技能客觀性評量中具顯著差異,練習式優於命令式;技能主觀性評量則無顯著差異。

二、學員施以命令式教學後,在技能客觀評量與技能主觀評量皆達顯著教學效果;施以練習式教學後,技能客觀評量達非常顯著教學效果,技能主觀評量達顯著教學效果。

三、學員在接受命令式教學後,在技能客觀評量與技能主觀評量具有保留效果;在接受練習式教學後,在技能客觀評量與技能主觀評量具有保留效果。

四、本研究育樂營密集性教學與一般體育教學,在練習式教學法技能客觀評量上,皆有一定的教學效果與保留效果;命令式教學法則有個別差異性。


The purpose of this study was to compare the teaching effects among Mosston’s two teaching styles (the command style and the practice style).The subjects consisted 40 students from kaohsiung Municipality Fwu-Shan junior high school participated athletics camps. The subjects were given five days and five classes the one-handed set shoot teaching within a week. Pretest, posttest and retention test were used as the experimental design. The research treated the subjects become two groups with the block, and then dealt with independent t-test and dependent t-test between groups. Compared the differences on teaching styles of the subjective skills and objective skills, the result of the analyzing was as followed:

1.All testes have received the command style and the practice style showed significant differences in the subjective skills test, the practice style was superior to command style but the objective skills was not reached the significant differences.

2.All tests have received the command style showed significant effect in the subjective skills test and the objective skills test, and received the practice style showed significant effect in the subjective skills t and the objective skills test.

3.All tests have received the command style showed significant retention test effect in the subjective skills test and the objective skills test, and received the practice style showed significant retention test effect in the subjective skills t and the objective skills test.

4.In the subjective skills test treated with practice style, the highly concentrated athletics camps teaching of this study and common physical education teaching showed significant effect and retention test effect both under level, but the command style had individual differences.
