Abstract

本研究旨在探討國內大專院校體育教師對實施「學生評鑑體育教師教學」制度的看法,並依據研究結果,提出結論與建議,以提供教育行政機關政策制定及國內各大專院校之體育教師、自我省察之參考。本研究採問卷調查法,所得資料經由描述統計與推論統計進行分析討論,結果歸納如下:

一、大專院校體育教師對實施「學生評鑑體育教師教學」制度,抱持著正面肯定的態度。

二、多數體育教師認為大專學生「可以」評鑑教師的教學表現。

三、多數體育教師認為由「上課的學生」來進行評鑑最為客觀。

四、多數體育教師認為實施「學生評鑑體育教師教學」對其教學及提高教學素質有正面的幫助。

五、所有背景及學校類型之體育教師均以評鑑對教師「改進教學有所助益」、「應由所有正在修課的學生參加」、「全體授課之體育教師」、「宜在期末考前舉行」之期望最高。

六、所有背景及學校類型之體育教師均以評鑑工具應由「體育室(組)編撰」之期望最高。

依據上述研究結果,對教育行政機關、國內大專院校體育教師及未來研究方向提出下列建議:以教師評鑑代替考核制度是一條必須要走的路;對於不同背景教師及年輕教師應多予宣導教師評鑑之理念;透過教師自我評鑑,省察自我、專業成長;並建立以學校為本位之評鑑系統,因人因地制宜,做全方位妥善設計,以真正達到教師評鑑功能之旨意。


The purpose of this study was to research the student’s evaluation of teaching to the teachers` instruction in the physical education classes among the colleges and universities. From this evaluation, we hope to understand the reactions, the expectations from teachers in different colleges and universities and the characteristics of their varieties.

This research used the sampling method. 618 teachers of physical education were stratified and randomly sampled. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used to analyze and discuss. The results were as following

From different calculation, the teachers hold positive attitudes toward the evaluation system and the result is objective and valuable in promoting the qualities of classes. In addition, the proper evaluation time are favored at the end of the semester and it is better that students who are taking classes are under evaluation. Besides, the evaluation should take place indoors and the most favored items for evaluation are teachers attendance, teachers attitude, teaching methods, class atmosphere, and materials` organization.
