本研究旨在探討以籃球跨步投籃為素材,研究樣本以從高雄縣立阿蓮國民中學九十一學年度入學之國一新生十三班共五百二十人中,選出完全不會跨步投籃的男生共九十人為研究對象,探討不同教學法之學習效果及不同教學法對籃球跨步投籃之學習效果、保留效果與遷移效果的差異,所得資料經統計分析得到以下幾項結論:
一、對初學者學習籃球跨步投籃技能而言,由平均數觀察:漸進分段教學法與逆進分段教學法皆優於全部教學法,但差異未達顯著水準(p>.05)。
二、對於初學者在籃球跨步投籃技能保留效果,間隔四周實施後測,所得到的保留效果並無顯著差異(p>.05)。但自平均數觀察,三種不同教學法以漸進分段教學法組最優,逆進分段教學法組次之,全部教學法組又次之。
三、對於初學者在籃球跨步投籃技能遷移效果方面,所得到的結果並無顯著差異(p>.05)。但自平均數觀察,三種不同教學法以漸進分段教學法組最優,逆進分段教學法組次之,全部教學法組又次之。
四、對初學者之跨步投籃技能習得效果比較,具有分段性質的學習,效果較優。這與分段學習具有的分解學習及細部學習之特性,更具有技能熟練之成效有關。
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to test the effect of different teaching methods in basketball running shoot skills for junior high school first students. We choose the students which can not basketball run shoot skills to participate the six weeks teaching and training ,and then they must test. The results of this study were as follows:
1.According to the average data , the basketball running shoot skills learning effect show that the progressive part teaching methods are superior to the backward teaching methods, and the backward teaching methods are superior to the whole teaching methods.Moreover ,the three teaching methods can not reach the outstanding standards(p>.05).
2.According to the average data , the basketball running shoot skills retention effect show that the progressive part teaching methods are superior to the backward teaching methods, and the backward teaching methods are superior to the whole teaching methods. Moreover ,the three teaching methods can not reach the outstanding standards(p>.05).
3.According to the average data , the basketball running shoot skills transfer effect show that the progressive part teaching methods are superior to the backward teaching methods, and the backward teaching methods are superior to the whole teaching methods. Moreover ,the three teaching methods can not reach the outstanding standards(p>.05).
4.In conclusion, it is necessary to combine the physical fitness training with regular basketball training. In addition, part training is capable of improving general physical fitness for basketball players; and part training significantly contribute training effect of specific physical fitness.
