Abstract
本研究主要目的為探討有氧舞蹈教學對國中學生體適能之研究。以高雄縣岡山國中七年級二班學生共60名為受試者接受實驗,男女分組,受試者之年齡平均為,國中女生實驗組13.26±0.41,國中女生控制組13.13±0.42,國中男生實驗組13.13±0.41,國中男生控制組13.20±0.40。針對實驗組進行為期8週,每週3次,每次40分鐘的有氧舞蹈教學。於實驗前、後進行體適能測驗,所獲得之資料以SPSS for Windows10.0版統計軟體處理,t檢定加以比較,顯著水準α=0.05。
研究結果顯示,除了國中女生可能因為生長期的影響,在身體質量指數方面較無顯著差異外,實驗組在各項體適能成績皆有明顯改善。在身體質量指數及1分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐、坐姿體前彎、立定跳遠、800、1600公尺跑走均達顯著差異,由此可見,有氧舞蹈教學對於改善體適能具有相當效果。
根據研究結果得知,國中實施有氧舞蹈課程可以有效幫助國中學生提昇體適能能力,是相當適合國中學生的運動類型。因此建議,規劃國中學生健康與體育相關課程時,可以設計具實際效用的有氧舞蹈教學課程,藉此改善國中學生的體適能和身體組成。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Aerobic Dance on the Physical Fitness in Junior High School. 60 random students(30 female,30male)Gang-Shan High School were chosen,and were divided into two gender groups,30 female,30 male,where each group was further divided into two sub-groups,experimental and control,i.e.female:15control,15experimental,male:15control,15experimental.The average age of the female experimental group and control group were 13.26±0.41,and 13.13±0.42,Respectively,and 13.13±0.41,and 13.20±0.40 for those of male.Subjects from the experimental group were asked to take a 40-minutes aerobic dance class three times a week for eight weeks.Data on health-related physical fitness was collected
before and after the 8-weeks session,and was analyzed using SPSS 10.0 and t-test,with α=0.05.
A noteworthy point is that the BMI(Body Mass Index)level in experimental female group had no significantimprovements due to the influence of growth period.Apartfrom that,significant improvements in BMI level,one-minutesitp-up,sit-and-reach,standing jump performances wereobserved with subjects in the experimental group,all theseindicate Aerobic Dance helps to improve health-relatedhysical fitness of Junior High school students.
To conclude,Aerobic Dance does not only help to improvephysical fitness of students,it is also a suitable exercise tojunior high school students.It is hoped that this researchcould assist physical educationist when designing futurecurriculum for junior high students,a suitable blend ofconventional exercises with aerobic dance is apparentlybeneficial to students’health.
