Publication: 使用髕腱加壓帶對於股四頭肌肌力與跳躍生物力學之影響

| dc.description.abstract | 研究背景:髕腱炎,好發於著重跳躍動作之運動項目,因此又稱跳躍膝,而髕腱加壓帶為常見的護具,目前少有研究探討穿著髕腱加壓帶對於運動表現的影響。本研究觀察使用髕腱加壓帶對於健康人之肌力與跳躍生物力學的影響。研究方法:收集14位健康人之慣用腳使用髕腱加壓帶前後,利用等速肌力儀及肌電訊號系統,分析股四頭肌肌力及肌肉活化程度的變化,利用測力板分析蹲踞跳、下蹲跳及著地反彈跳之地面反作用力、負荷率及空中滯留時間的變化,使用成對樣本t檢定,比較使用髕腱加壓帶前後的差異。研究結果:結果發現穿著髕腱加壓帶不會影響肌肉在關節角速度30~180°/s時肌力及肌肉活化程度;而在蹲踞跳時,穿著髕腱加壓帶會顯著的增加起跳時的垂直地面反作用力;在3種跳躍模式下,穿著髕腱加壓帶在著地時的垂直地面反作用力皆有減少的趨勢。結論:穿著髕腱加壓帶對於股四頭肌肌力與肌肉活化程度均沒有顯著的影響,也不會影響具有伸張-收縮循環之跳躍動作,並可以促進蹲踞跳的起跳推蹬力量。 | |
| dc.description.abstract | Background: Patellar tendinopathy is a sport injury which commonly occurred in sports that frequently involves in jumping movements. It is also called the jumper’s knee. Infrapatellar strap is a knee brace usually used for patellar tendinopathy. There were very little literatures regarding the effect of infrapatellar strap on athletic performance. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of infrapatellar strap on quadriceps strength and jumping biomechanics. Methods: Fourteen healthy subjects participated in this study. Biodex isokinetic dynamometer and surface electromyography system were used to measure the quadriceps strength and muscle activation in isokinetic testing. A force plate was used to measure the ground reaction force, loading rate and flying time in counter movement jump, squat jump and drop jump. Paired t test was used to compare the differences between no strap and infrapatellar strap. Results: No significant difference was found on quadriceps strength and muscle activation in isokinetic testings with the angular velocity of 30 – 180 °/s. The use of infrapatellar strap significantly increased the vertical ground reaction force during taking off of squat jump. There was an increasing trend on the vertical ground reaction force of landing after the use of infrapatellar strap. Conclusion: This study suggested that the quadriceps strength and muscle activation would not be affected by infrapatellar strap. The jumping movements involved in stretch-shortening cycle would not be affected by infrapatellar strap. Infrapatellar strap would increase the push up force in squat jump. | |
