dc.description.abstract  本研究以Ajzen (1985) 所提出的計畫行為理論 (Theory of Planned Behavior)為架構,建構「國小教職員從事規律運動行為意圖模式」,探討影響國小教職員從事規律運動行為的因素。本研究以「規律運動行為意圖」為研究工具,以隨機抽樣方式選取嘉義縣28所國小後,再以便利抽樣方式針對校內教師進行問卷調查。本研究共發出400份問卷,扣除無效問卷後,回收有效問卷263份,有效回收率為65.8%。回收之資料以驗證性因素分析考驗其建構效度、描述性統計進行現況分析、獨立t檢定與變異數分析響因素檢視研究變項間之差異性,最後再以結構方程模式考驗研究變項之徑路關係。   本研究發現,不同背景變項之嘉義縣國小教職員,在從事規律運動之態度、主觀規範知覺行為控制與行為意圖構面上,有顯著差異。從事規律運動的態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制與行為意圖間有顯著相關。
dc.description.abstract  The purpose of this research was to construt the model of intended regularly exercise behavior for elementary school teacher based on Ajzen’s (1985) “Theory of Planned Behavior,” which discusses the fact that influences the staff doing the regularly exercise behavior. To collect data, the “Intention of Regular Exercise Scale” was adopted by which a redomly sampling was applied to draw 28 elementary schools from Chiayi County. With the 28 selected elementary scholls, the convience sampling was then conducted to collect data from 400 teachers. Of the 400 questionnaires, 263 were valid responsed, which corresponding with 65.8% return rate. Statistical methods includes the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) applied to test construct validity, descriptive statistics applied to explore demomgraphic information, Independent t-test, Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) to test the mean differences among studied variables. And the last, a structural equation modeling was conducted to test the fit of studied model. The findings of this study indicated that there were significant differences among demographic variables on attitude toward doing regular exercise, subjective norm, perceived behavior control, and behavior intention variables while taking parts in regular exercise. And behavior intention, attitude toward doing regular exercise, subjective regulation, perceived behavior control was significantly and positively correlated.
