dc.description.abstract　　【顛覆個體】為研究者於2010年06月28日獨自策劃演出的畢業個展，結合多元化的舞作，融合來自不同領域的編舞家的創作想法，企圖以各種舞型挑戰自身「個體」，並經由舞者們互動、磨合的歷程，探索彼此肢體、舞蹈及劇場碰撞的可能性。落幕迄今半年許久，透過回顧整場演出製作，將四支舞作深入探討與分析，以文字整理及記錄，並從中為自己做反思與檢視。 　　本研究第一章【緒論】，主要敘述長期深受舞蹈教育的歷練，如今鑽研至研究所，進而舉辦一場屬於研究者的個人畢業展演，深入探討其研究動機、研究目的與研究方法。第二章打造【顛覆個體】為概述研究者學舞的歷程，各個時期所接觸不同肢體技巧訓練與其影響，並透過每一個舞蹈生涯階段，皆帶給研究者身心靈上的成長；如何顛覆及規劃一場獨創性的製作，並說明由計畫至執行過程中所遭遇的困難、衝突與解決方式。第三章【《You and me》－劇場與舞蹈的產生】、第四章【真情流露的《落葉歸》】、第五章【新與舊的《單行》】、第六章【《驛站隨想》之選粹－顛覆個體】，則分別陳述如何以四支不同風格的舞作，詮釋不同的表演方式，並突破自我、挑戰自我的表演。最後，第七章【結論】，主要對自我心理調適與身體探索的歷程，做最後的回顧與反思，且能順利圓滿完成研究所畢業。
dc.description.abstract　　The open house “Overthrown & Reassembled” on June 28, 2010 was planned and held by the researcher. The work not only combines diversified dancing styles and thoughts of creation by choreographers coming from different fields, but also attempts to challenge “individuals” with varied dancing styles as well as explores the potential for body, dancing, and theatre collision through the period in which dancers interact. The work has ended up for half a year till now and the researcher makes self-examination by reviewing the performance production and deeply analyzing paper works and records. 　　The first part of this study introduces the researcher’s dancing-learning progress, to which the success of an individual open house is attributed, and looks into the motivation, purpose and method of this research in depth. The second part of this study presents the body skill practice, the influence of that, as well as physical and mental improvement learnt in each stage of the researcher’s dancing life, also displaying difficulties, conflicts, and solutions taking placing in how an original work was done. The third part “You and me – the generation of theater and dance”, the fourth part “Getting Home – true feelings revealed”, the fifth part “Single – the new and the old” and the sixth part “The Capriccio Inn Collection – overthrown & reassembled” describe how diverse dancing styles interpret different ways of performing and breakthrough selfhood. Finally, the last part of this study reviews the journey of mental self-adjustment and body exploration.
