休閒的正與負」—感化教育少年的休閒與再犯歷程研究

本研究將探討休閒對感化教育少年於再犯之過程中，其扮演之角色、改變及重要性，再檢視家庭、學校及社會因素對休閒有何影響，藉以瞭解休閒與感化教育少年再犯行為間相互影響之關聯。故將透過敘說分析法針對彰化少輔院學生六位、桃園少輔院學生六位及誠正中學學生六位，共十八位少年為研究對象。以一對一個別訪談進行，並透過矯治機構提供之相關資料，及少年訪談時自行繪製的休閒歷程圖與訪談資料做交互檢驗，映證其內容之真實度。再以紮根理論方法進行資料分析。

本研究結果發現：1.家庭、學校及社會因素對少年的休閒影響：將影響少年休閒選擇及過程；2.再犯歷程中休閒的改變：從有正向效益的因子，轉變為影響少年偏差行為之因素；3.休閒扮演之角色：休閒成為誘發偏差行為的開端，場所則是犯罪行為的發源地；4.休閒對少年的重要性：休閒與偏差或犯罪行為、地點習習相關，亦是避免及預防的良藥。

This study investigates the impact, role, importance and changes leisure has on juveniles under reformatory education the process of their recidivism. Furthermore, it investigates the reversal impacts families, schools and the society have on leisure and hopefully establish an interconnection between leisure and the recidivism of juveniles under reformatory education. By means of narrative analysis, the researcher has 18 juveniles as the participants for this study. It is consisted of 6 subjects from Chang-hua Reform School, 6 subjects from Tao-yuan Reform School, and 6 subjects from Cheng-jheng Correction School. The researcher used indepth interviews, and through the related information provided by the correctional organization and the self-descriptive leisure courses provided by participants during interviews and using them to cross-examine the authenticity of the contents and analyze the data based on the grounded theory.

The results for the study: (1) Families, schools and the society have profound influence on juveniles under reformatory education of their leisure choices and process. (2) Leisure can turn from positive to negative influence for juveniles under reformatory education during their recidivism. (3) Leisure can be the start of their deviant behaviors and the places of leisure can be the origin of criminal acts. (4) Leisure is closely related to the deviant behaviors and places of leisure and undoubtedly the best way to prevent deviant behaviors.
