Abstract

本研究旨在探討不同休閒機構所強調及認知到休閒從業人員專業能力之特徵與差異情形。研究結果將提供休閒相關學系在人才培育的目標上有所參考。本研究採用問卷調查法,研究對象為休閒相關學系的老師及休閒相關事業的人事主管,依據文獻探討、國內現況及休閒相關學系所設定的學生未來就業方向,找出可接近的樣本進行普查,研究工具為自編「休閒從業人員專業能力之研究」問卷,內容採用NRPA與AALR在認證休閒相關學系所使用的專業能力標準為主,專家意見為輔。研究總共發出588份問卷,回收有效問卷299份,有效回收率50.9﹪,回收的有效樣本問卷依據本研究目的、問題及驗證假設,分別採用描述性統計、項目分析、因素分析、列聯表、單因子多變量分析、成對比較和鄧肯法事後比較、卡方考驗、集群和區別分析,進行資料處理,結果發現:
一、不同休閒機構最重視休閒服務、休閒規劃的能力與服務熱忱。
二、不同休閒機構在行政管理、休閒概念及實習經驗上有顯著差異。
Abstract
The purpose of the study was to determine those professional competencies necessary for recreational personnel. The results in order for an educational curriculum design in Taiwan, ROC.
588 recreational personnel served as the subjects in this study. A survey questionnaire was developed by the investigator through (1) the procedure of the identification of concepts (2) review of the literature (3) pilot study (4) instrument stability is internal consistency reliability.
Data analysis was conducted with the utilization of descriptive Statistic, Itemized Analysis, Factor Analysis, Crosstabulation, one-way Manova, Compare main effects, Post Hoc tests for: Duncan, χ2 test Cluster analysis, Discriminant analysis.
Based on the results of this study, the conclusions are:
1.Various recreation organizations were important to services, planning, warm-heartedness.
2.Significant differences were found to exist between on the administrative management, leisure and recreation concepts, and practice experiences.
