Abstract
本研究目的探討並分析幼兒體能教師的專業能力,研擬幼兒體能教師培育課程架構,進而發展正修科技大學幼兒體能發展學系課程規劃,並提供國內培育幼兒體能教師之課程參考。本研究以台灣地區北部、中部、南部之大專幼教(保)系教師、幼稚園園長、幼稚園教師、專任體能教師為母群體,經分層隨機抽樣、回收及剔除無效問卷後,共875份問卷為本研究之有效樣本。研究工具乃根據自編之「幼兒體能教師專業能力分析與培育課程之研究問卷」,透過SPSS 10.0 for Windows統計套裝軟體進行描述統計法、項目分析、因素分析、信效度分析、典型相關分析達成本研究之結果。根據本研究結果建立幼兒體能教師專業能力及培育課程指標,以及正修科技大學幼兒體能發展學系課程模式。
This research was designed to analyze the professional competency of early childhood fitness teacher; to outline curriculum structure; to develop the curriculum for the development of early childhood fitness teacher of Cheng Shiu University; as well as to provide professional information for other institutes. Our survey was conducted among college teachers in early childhood education, kindergarten principals and teachers and professional fitness teachers throughout north, central, and south Taiwan. A random choice of 875 samples was taken from each source after leaving out the invalid samples. The study was based on the result of our survey entitled “A competency analysis and curriculum development of Early Childhood fitness teacher training"Various research methods were applied including SPSS 10.0 for Windows which is for descriptive statistics, item analysis, factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis canonical correlation analysis. We intend to enhance the professional competency of fitness teacher in early childhood. The study also serves the purpose as a curriculum index for the department of early childhood physical development in Cheng Shiu University.
