Abstract
本研究的目的在探討不同跳深高度,在著地階段對腿部有效質量的改變特徵,並分析跳深動作各階段動力學及運動學等參數的變化情形。研究以體育專修的大學生為實驗對象(平均身高167.3 ± 5.5 cm、平均體重65.1 ± 5.5 kg、平均年齡21.7 ± 1.9歲),隨機要求實驗參與者執行20cm、40cm及60cm高度的跳深動作,並使用Kistler 9260AA6測力板(1000Hz)及Vicon MXF-40紅外線攝影機(200Hz)同步收集動力學及運動學參數,再以衝量-動量方法計算實驗參與者的腿部有效質量。經重複量數單因子變異數分析與HSD法事後比較後(α = .05),結果顯示腿部有效質量在跳深高度60cm(1.11 ± 0.41 %BW)時,顯著高於20cm(0.72 ± 0.51 %BW)、40cm(0.87 ± 0.29 %BW)(p < .05),而第一峰值的碰撞力量、衝量及下肢勁度在60cm時,也都有顯著較高。就第一峰值碰撞力量、衝量與腿部有效質量達顯著相關(p < .05)的結果說明了,跳深高度增加到本研究設定的60cm時,腿部有效質量致使較高的碰撞性傷害因素。
The main purpose of this study is to discuss the variable traits of effective foot mass during loading phase at different drop jump height, and to analyze the variation of kinetic and kinematic paraments at each phases of drop jump. The subjects of this study are college students majoring in physical education (average height 167.3 ± 5.4 cm, average weight 65.1 ± 5.5 kg, average age 21.7 ± 1.9 yrs), and were requested to drop jump at the height of 20cm, 40cm, 60cm, using Kistler 9260AA6 forceplate (1000Hz) and Vicon MXF-40 infrared video camera (200Hz) to collect kinetic and kinematic paraments simultaneously and to calculate the effective foot mass of the subjects with impulse momentum method (IMM). Through one-way ANOVA, repeated measures and HSD post-hoc test (α = .05), the result shows that when the drop jump is at the height of 60cm (1.11 ± 0.41 %BW) , the effective foot mass is obviously higher than 20cm (0.72 ± 0.51 %BW), 40cm (0.87 ± 0.29 %BW) (P < .05), and when the impact force, impulse, and lower extremity stiffness of the first peak value is at the height of 60cm, it is also obviously higher. The result shows that the impact force, impulse, effective foot mass of the first peak value reaches high correlation, when the drop jump height increases to 60cm, which was set by this study, the effective foot mass causes higher impact injury.
