| dc.description.abstract | 本研究發現,握把的設計會影響選手的手部施力平均度。實驗證實第二型的握把在使用時,各肌群的施力較為平均。其餘各類型之握把雖然在某些肌群的施力上較為省力,但在總作用力不變的情況下,這些作用力會比較集中在另一肌群上,長期而言,容易造成該肌群的疲勞,也易於造成累積效應性創傷後遺症。研究同時發現,擊劍動作瞬間產生手腕的尺偏、橈偏、內轉和外轉等大角度動作,都在人類正常且安全的運動活動空間內,可能的運動傷害機率相對較低。因此選用適當的握把類型,預期對於運動能力及技術之提昇將會有直接的貢獻,對於運動傷害的預防也應有很大的助益。 The study found that the muscle strength distributed to the wrist was affected by the designing of handle type. The strength distribution of type 2 handle in this study is more balanced than the rest. Using the rest of the handle for a long period, the strength will concentrate on some muscle that easy cause muscle fatigue. Continued use will cause tenosynovitis. In addition to tenosynovitis, a condition called carpal tunnel syndrome can develop. The study also found that the ulnar deviation, radial deviation, dorsi flexion and palmar flexion were in the normal range in fencing. Choosing a well-designed handle could not only avoid wrist injury, but can also enhance performance. | |
