Abstract
臺灣剛開始有通過認證之運動心理諮詢老師加入運動團隊提供服務,他們將面臨哪些困難?會採取什麼因應策略?能否學以致用,發揮所學?本研究目的旨在瞭解臺灣初級運動心理諮詢老師在服務的過程中,所經驗的困難和其因應之道,以及他們對培訓課程的反思。本研究採質性研究取向,利用一對一深度訪談6名有實際服務經驗的初級運動心理諮詢老師,每位諮詢老師訪談時間約70到90分鐘。研究結果發現:
一、初級運動心理諮詢老師在服務的過程中所經驗的困難如下:(一)面臨到教練與學校老師對運動心理諮詢專業能力的挑戰(二)運動心理諮詢老師對專業的困惑(三)無督導協助(四)配合度不高(五)運動心理諮詢老師投入時間不足(六)無法身兼數個運動團隊(七)效果如何評估(八)抗拒運動心理諮詢服務(九)運動心理諮詢老師與個案之性別差異(十)選手糾葛的人際關係(十一) 運動心理諮詢老師的角色定位不明確等11種類型的困境。
二、初級運動心理諮詢老師面對困難所採取的因應策略,共有7種類型:(一)不強求,輕鬆以對(二)熟悉服務對象基本資料(三)保持工作彈性(四)講授運動心理學課程(五)個別諮商(六)尋求協助(七)不反應。
三、在服務過程中對培訓課程的反思,分別為:自我的反思和對培訓課程的評價等2種類型。
It is just a start in Taiwan to have certificated sport psychology consultants provide services in sport teams. What difficulties they will face? What coping strategies they will take? Do they put what they have learned to good use? The present of this study was to understand the difficulties and coping strategies of Taiwan novice sport psychology consultants in their service process, and to know their reflection toward the training program. This is a qualitative research. Using six one to one in-depth interviews to analyze, each interviews lasted approximately 70 to 90 minutes. The results as below:
1.The difficulties that the novice sport psychology consultants experienced are as follows: (1) coaches and teachers challenge the skill and ability of sport psychology consultants (2) the sport psychology consultants’ confusion to their specialized ability (3) no help from supervisors (4) not cooperative enough (5) the time that sport psychology consultants spent is insufficient (6) unable to serve several sport teams at the same time (7) did not know how to estimate the effect (8) the resistance against the sport psychology consultant service (9) gender differences of consultants and the subject (10) athletes’ personal relationship is complicated (11) the role of sport psychology consultants remain ambiguous.
2.There were 7 kinds of coping strategies of novice sport psychology consultants utilize when facing the difficulties. (1) no request and faced any situation calmly (2) familiar with the subjects’ background (3) maintain flexibility (4) to teach the sport psychology course (5) individual consultation (6) to seek the assistance (7) no respond.
3.The reflections of sport psychology consultants’ training program during the service can be categorize in: (1) self-reflect (2) appraisal of training program.
