本研究旨在探討影響運動行為因素的差異。本研究採用問卷調查法,研究對象為高雄縣岡山地區十所國民中學之學生,研究工具為「運動行為影響因素之比較研究問卷」,內容包含:基本資料、運動行為量表、運動結果期待量表、運動自我效能量表、運動社會支持量表。調查期間計共發放問卷1200份,回收1035份,其中有效問卷921份,有效問卷回收率為89.0%。回收之有效樣本,根據研究目的與驗證假設的需要,分別採用描述統計、項目分析、探索性因素分析、獨立樣本t考驗、獨立樣本單因子變異數分析、雪費事後比較及逐步多元迴歸分析等統計方法,進行資料處理,結果發現:
一、不同背景變項的學生在運動行為有顯著差異。
二、不同背景變項的學生在運動結果期待有顯著差異。
三、不同背景變項的學生在運動自我效能有顯著差異。
四、不同背景變項的學生在運動社會支持有顯著差異。
五、動結果期待、運動自我效能、運動社會支持對運動行為有顯著預測作用。
六、運動行為=.297×增強心理健康-.292身體天氣時間+.139×同儕支持-.138×心理情緒+.103×家庭支持。
ABSTRACT
This research was to find out the influential determinants of the exercise behavior of junior high school students in Gan Sun Area in Kaohsiung county. A questionnaire method, named the questionnaire of the comparative research of the influential determinants of exercise behavior, was used in this research. It contains personal information, exercise behavior scale, exercise out coming expectations scale, exercise self-efficacy scale, exercise social-support scale. The samples were gathered from students of 10 junior high schools out of 15 in Gan Sun area. 1200 questionnaires were passed out, 1035 ones retrieved to be used, and 921 ones were effective causing efficient questionnaire ratio to 89.0%. These retrieved efficient samples were processed by using descriptive statistics, item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s test comparison afterwards, stepwise correlation according to the research purpose and the needs of examining the assumption. After the above statistics analysis, the results found are as follows.
I. There are significant difference discrepancies between students with different background and their exercise behavior.
II. There are significant difference discrepancies between students with different background and their exercise out coming expectation.
III. There are significant difference discrepancies between students with different background and their exercise self-efficacy.
IV. There are significant difference discrepancies between students with different background and their exercise social-support.
V. Exercise out coming expectation and exercise self-efficacy, exercise social support, can efficiently predict exercise behavior.
VI. Exercise behavior = .297× mental health enhancement - .292× factors of body status, weather, time +.139× peer group support -.138× mental and emotional factors + .103× family support
