dc.description.abstract  臺灣的心理運科人員為亞奧運的優秀運動員提供諮詢服務已經有20多年,卻始終不多見有正式的研究或紀錄將前人豐富的經驗留下紀錄,本研究擬針對臺灣資深運動心理諮詢老師為我國2012年奧運運動代表隊提供心理服務的過程與內容進行調查,以及在提供服務的過程中,所歷經的困難與挑戰。本研究採用質性研究,對5位參與2012年倫敦奧運心理運科的臺灣資深運動心理諮詢老師進行每人約60-90分鐘的深入訪談,事後對數據資料進行編碼與分析。結果發現在提供服務的過程與內容中,有五個概括維度,分別是:(一)建立良好的關係;(二)評估運動員的心理困擾;(三)依據運動員心理困擾擬定計畫及心理介入;(四)隨隊移地比賽;(五)對服務效果的評估,而在服務過程中所歷經的困難有四種類型:(一)行政單位作業配合不佳;(二)運動員在配合度上的限制;(三)運動心理諮詢老師與教練之間的人際互動與信任不佳;(四)運動心理諮詢老師自身的限制。盼透過本篇研究,能夠作為往後新進的運動心理實務工作者一個可參考的作法,使未來應用運動心理學的服務品質能更上一層樓。
dc.description.abstract  The purpose of the study is to investgate the process and content of professional services that are provide by Taiwan sensior sport psychological consultants for 2012 London Olympic Games athletes, and the difficulties they have met. The qualitative data from five Taiwanese senior sport psychological consultants had delivered was psychological services for 2012 Olympic Games sports teams were analyzed. In the results, there are five dimentions in the process: (1) contact making; (2) assessment of athletes’ concerns; (3) program implementation; (4) on-site mental intervention; (5) program and consultant evaluation, and they had met four types of difficulty: (1) poor administrative policies; (2) athletes with poor cooperation; (3) poor interpersonal trust between consultants and coaches; (4) limitation of sport psychological consultant-selves. These guidelines may provide direction for practitioners on professional development in the future.
