隨著運動休閒產業的發展，運動管理相關科系也相繼成立，為國家及社會帶來龐大的經濟利益。在這龐大市場的利基下，投入該產業的人力與資源也相對增加，因此運動休閒管理相關科系相繼成立，企圖培養足夠的專業人才來滿足未來市場需求。為了讓學生可以在畢業後立即投入市場，與產業接軌，大部分的運動休閒管理科系紛紛建立實習制度，讓學生可以早日融入未來的工作環境，了解自己並探索運動產業經營的本質。本研究以運動休閒管理相關科系已完成實習課程的學生為施測對象。採用發放問卷的方式，透過描述統計、信效度分析、變異數分析來探討運動休閒管理科系學生實習概況與體驗情形。
　　在臺灣運動休閒管理相關系所總共有43所、經由電話調查後得知，共有26個系所有實習課程。實習時限大致上分為整學年、整學期、寒暑假實習。除了真理大學運動管理學系，是在畢業前實習滿600小時。
　　本研究另一研究目的，探討不同人口背景學生在實習體驗構面上的差異性比較。經由分析結果發現，僅在性別上無顯著差異，在不同實習次數、年級、實現、是否領有薪資、是否享有福利，在實習體驗構面上，皆有顯著差異。

　　Sports management related departments have been established bring huge economic benefits for the state and the community. So putting the industry relative increase in manpower and resources. Therefore, sports and leisure management related departments have been established in an attempt to cultivate enough professionals to meet future market demand. In order to allow students to put into the market immediately after graduation, most of the sports and leisure management departments to establish internship program. Where students can adapt to the future work environment, to understand their business, and to explore the nature of the sports industry. The subject matter of this study were the student who have completed their internship training students. Using questionnaires way through descriptive statistics, reliability analysis and validity analysis, and the analysis of variance to explore the sports management department students with internship experience profile case.
