Abstract
在知識蓬勃發展時代,排球運動知識日新月異,排球運動教練需要不斷獲取知識,應用知識與創新知識。本研究以國內96學年度高中排球聯賽男、女甲組獲得前六名之球隊教練為受訪對象,個別進行半結構式訪談,然後根據研究結果,提出具體建議,作為排球教練提升運動訓練之參考。本研究所指排球教練知識,主要包括:球隊發展概況、排球運動技術、排球運動戰術、體能訓練、心理素質、運動傷害、團隊管理、訓練計畫、運動規則、球隊優缺點與具體建議等十大層面。各層面再依內涵、取得、應用與創新等主題,分別深入探討各球隊及教練在此方面的知識與經驗。
本研究所得之結論,在排球運動知識內涵部份,受訪教練大都為排球選手出身;非排球選手出身之教練,其參與教練工作也逾十年。且排球運動發展已達一百多年,發展已趨穩定階段,所以各教練對於內涵的認知不致於相距太大。
一、在知識取得部份,主要管道來自於講習會、在學學習、經驗中學習、媒體與經驗分享等。
二、在應用方面,則依球隊本身條件及選手個別差異或需求,應用不同方法與策略,以發揮更大效益。
三、在創新方面,多數教練認為,其創新具體作為,包含觀念創新、溝通創新及具體行為創新;至於有效應用知識,以獲致最大效果,充分發揮選手特質與球隊特色亦可謂創新。
四、綜合而言排球運動各項知識環環相扣,球隊穩定成長,非一蹴可及,需各項層面相互配合與應用,始能有效的達到預期目標。
In the age of prosperous progress of knowledge, the knowledge of volleyball sport changes with each new day, and the volleyball coach needs to continue the acquisition of knowledge, the application of knowledge and the innovation of knowledge. This research takes the first six teams from the domestic high schools male and female volleyball league tournaments in 2007 as the subjects of survey to receive the half structural individual interview, then the survey findings will provide the coach with the concrete suggestions to promote the volleyball training. In this research the training knowledge of the volleyball coach refers to as follows: the recent team development, the technology of volleyball sport, the tactics of volleyball sport, the physical ability training, the psychological quality, the sport injury, the team management, the training plan, the competition rule, the merits and drawbacks of the team, and the concrete suggestions. In the perspectives of the connotation , application, and innovation , we will investigate the knowledge and the experience obtained from those teams and coaches.
The results obtained from this research are based on coaches who were interviewed with the background of volleyball contestants or participated the training work of volleyball at least ten years. Also the development in the volleyball sport has been more than 100 years and reaches to the stable stage, and hence the connotation between coaches will not be much different.

About the acquisition of knowledge, the main channel came from attending lectures and meetings, the studies of experience, the share of media and experience , and so on.

About the aspect of application, the different methods and the strategies will be applied under the team condition and the difference and demand of individual contestants to gain much benefit.

About the aspect of innovation, most of coaches believed that the essential innovation contains the idea of innovation, the communication of innovation, and the behavior of innovation; the effective application of knowledge for the special characteristic of contestants and the team characteristic to obtain the large effect is also in the range of innovation.

In summary, the knowledge of volleyball sport are linked together. The stable growth of team will not be easy to obtain, and it needs cooperation of each aspect to achieve the desire target effectively.
