本研究旨在探討嘉義縣國中教師休閒運動參與動機及滿意度之研究的影響及關聯性。本研究採問卷調查法,研究對象為嘉義縣國中教師。研究工具以自編「嘉義縣國中教師休閒運動參與動機及滿意度之研究問卷」,採用李克特五點量表,共發出550份,回收有效問卷為486份,有效問卷率為88.3%。蒐集之資料以SPSS 12.0進行分析,包括:項目分析、因素分析、信度分析、描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、單因子多變量變異數分析、雪費法事後檢定、典型相關分析進行處理,所得結果擬提供嘉義縣教育主管機關及相關單位在作為規劃國中教師休閒運動之參考,結果發現:

一、嘉義縣國中教師以「女性」;年齡在「31-40歲」;任教年資以「11-20年」;任教職務以「班級導師」;婚姻暨家庭狀況以「已婚有子女」;學校規模以「25班(含)以上」;最常參與的運動類別以「健身運動」者為最多。

二、嘉義縣國中教師參與動機較高的構面為「健康適能」;滿意度較高之構面為「舒緩身心」。

三、不同人口背景變項在休閒運動參與動機及滿意度上部分有顯著差異。

四、進行典型相關分析發現,休閒運動參與動機及滿意度有正向相關存在,休閒運動參與動機可預測滿意度。


Abstract

The purpose of this study was to discuss the influence and relationship among participation motivation, and satisfaction of leisure sports for junior high school teachers in Chiayi County. The questionnaire survey was applied on junior high school teachers in Chiayi County. The self-designed instrument used in this study was “Questionnaire on Participation Motivation and Satisfaction of Leisure Sports for Junior High School Teachers in Chiayi County”. The results of the returned questionnaires were graded by 5-point Likert scale. There were totally 550 questionnaires distributed. Among them, 486 were valid and the validity rate was 88.3%. SPSS12.0 Computer Statistics Software was adopted to analyze the statistics of data collected. Independent Sample t test, One Way ANOVA, One-way MANOVA, Scheffe Test, and Canonical correlation were also included in the results of the study. The results will be provided for Chiayi County Education authorities and for relevant units in the country as a suggestion in recreational sports for teachers. The followings were the results:

1.Among all the samples, the teachers, who are females, at the age of 31-40, with 11-20 years of teaching experience, working as homeroom teachers, married with children and working at schools of over 25 classes, participate the most in the item of “exercise”.

2.Junior high school teachers in Chia-yi County possess more motivation in the facet of “Health & Fitness”. Otherwise, teachers possess more satisfaction in “Smoothing”.

3.Participants with different background have partially significant differences

in their participation motivation and satisfaction.

4.Canonical correlation analysis shows that the relationship between recreational sports participation motivation and satisfaction is positive. Moreover, recreation sports participation motivation can predict the satisfaction of its participants.
