Abstract

目的:本研究旨在探究未能參與亞、奧運項目之運動績優生於大學期間所面臨的困境、運動績優生可求助的學校輔導系統以及未來展望。方法:本研究對象為國內某體育大學之學生6名,以及學校輔導系統相關人員8名,採半結構式訪談及焦點團體訪談蒐集訪談資料,所獲資料經逐字記錄製成逐字稿後採敘說分析法進行分析。結果:主要結果摘錄如下: 一)學生可求助的輔導管道包含導師、教官、教練、衛生保健組、課外活動組、就業服務組以及心理輔導組,研究發現輔導系統許多 資源沒有廣泛讓學生 知道,因此影響了輔導效能;此外,從受訪者的回應得知,他們不管是學業、運動或生活方面的問題,都會先尋求學長姐、同儕、朋友等親近的人的協助,故本研究將學長姐、同儕、朋友納入輔導系統;( 二 )學生所面對的問題型態主要發生在學業、運動以及生活適應等面向上,但體育院校的運動績優生認為學業對他們來說並無造成困擾,不會因此產生角色衝突;(三)對受訪者而言,畢業後最重要的就是能夠順利就業,所以希望於在 學期間,除了運動訓練外,還需加強相關的知識以及技能,以利未來與就業接軌。結論:為提升輔導效能,本研究參考美國 NCAA 為學生運動員所發展的 CHAMPS 計畫,包含學術卓越、運動卓越、個人發展、職涯發展、服務等五個面向,提出一套適合我國運動績優生的輔導機制,作為學校及政府相關單位參考之依據,讓更多的運動員不再徬徨,儘早完成生涯規劃。

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the perspectives of student athletes who were ineligible for the Asian Games or the Olympic Games concerning their career development, problems encountered during the semester, assistance from the university and whether or not the university has enough expertise to assist them. Method: The participants were 6 students and 8 personnel in the counseling system of a domestic sport university. Data collection methods involved semi-structured interviews and focus group interviews. Discourse analysis was utilized to analyze the data. Results: This study concluded the following findings: ( 1) Sources of counseling included teachers, instructors, coaches, health center, student activity division, career development center and counseling center. However, due to the lack of popularization, students did not fully utilize the resources. ( 2) Types of

challenges students typically faced included school work, activities, adaption of life, etc. This study found that student athletes did not perceive school work as a burden. This was positive for them as they tended to focus on athletic performance without having role conflict. ( 3) Student athletes

expected the counseling center should educate them learn skills that would

facilitate jobs applications after graduation. Conclusions: Universities in the

U.S. employed the CHAMPS program, a counseling project specifically designed for NCAA student athletes, to enhance counseling efficacy. This study proposed a counseling mechanism adapted from the CHAMPS program

as a reference for universities and government agencies to guide student

athletes set up their career plans.
