Abstract
本研究為改善傳統芭蕾教學,在教授成人芭蕾方法上課程;試圖運用意象訓練的方式運用在成人芭蕾教學課程,並探討此方式對成人學習及成效的影響。以彰化市某舞蹈中心,報名學習芭蕾,並為二十歲以上至五十五歲以下的成人為研究對象,性別不限,每週上課次數為一次,每堂課一個半小時,一共十週為研究週期。本研究採用深度訪談及影像紀錄等多元的方式進行交叉比對,同時請觀察員從旁記錄學員上課狀況及互動情況。此研究為改善成人芭蕾學習成效,其目的如下:
壹、提高成人對學習芭蕾的興趣與認知。
貳、藉由不同的意象訓練方法提升學生對芭蕾動作的理解。
參、經由學習回饋單及訪談,了解學生對融入意象訓練的成人芭蕾課程之感受。
研究得知,學生在影片教學後獲得芭蕾認知,同時提升對芭蕾的興趣、學習欣賞芭蕾的肢體表現,而意象訓練的方法對學生認識芭蕾動作的理解程度提高,了解如何使用肌肉力量,不讓自身肌肉成緊繃狀態。
This study is to improve the teaching of traditional ballet, ballet professors of adult courses; trying to use imagery training methods used in adult ballet curriculums, all for the reason to explore the impact of adult learning. This research studies the adults who registered to learn ballet in Chunghwa a dance center, ranging from 22 to 55 years old. There are no limitations of genders, and the class takes place once a week, with each class lasting one hour and half, for a total of six weeks for the action research cycle. These action manner researches use diverse methods such as depth interviews and video records of cross-matching, and observer statuses requested participants attending the sidelines recorded in action. This action researches to improve adults learning ballet, its purposes are listed below:
First, raise the adults’ interests and cognition in learning ballet.
Second, use different training methods to enhance the understanding of the action for ballet students.
Three, through learning feedback sheets, interviews, how the students feel about use of imagery training in adult ballet classes.
This research knows that students obtain the ballet cognition after the movie teaching, which simultaneously promotes ballet interest, leading to the study of appreciating ballet performances, and lastly, the imagery training method for students to understand the degree of acknowledgement of ballet movements for improvement, learning how to use muscle power, and to not let their muscles Tense.
