Abstract

本研究目的:探討保護膝具使用對舉重選手膝關節本體感覺與肌群力量表現之影響。方法:研究對象為25名舉重選手(男生15名和女生10名,男生15名平均年齡為15.9±1.1歲,平均體重為74.1±13.8kg;女生10名平均年齡為16.1±1.5歲,平均體重為59.5±7.8kg)。以等速機儀測試本體感覺及等長收縮兩種模式,進行使用護膝與否對膝關節肌肉力量與膝關節角度之影響測驗。本體感覺測驗採用坐姿85度以及臥姿40度兩種,檢測受試者自主膝關節控制是否能夠到達預設角度或差異,單位為度(degree)。最大力量測驗將受試者單腳垂直於地面90度,再將腳前抬30度進行等長收縮最大力量測驗,單位為牛頓米(Nm)。結果:本體感覺測試,無論坐姿或臥姿;及護膝使用與否對膝關節角度測驗未達顯著差異(坐姿護具有無:3.67±2.02vs 3.98±2.51度;臥姿護具有無:3.59±2.45vs 4.16±2.60度,p>.05)。使用護膝與否於不同姿勢時,對等長收縮最大力量影響達顯著差異,坐姿大於臥姿。另外,相同姿勢下,使用護膝大於未使用護膝(坐姿有無:167.17±52.45vs 159.82±53.68Nm;臥姿有無:158.28±49.60vs 151.18±47.50Nm, p<.05)。結論:使用護膝有助於膝關節肌肉力量表現,對本體感覺則無顯著影響。本研究結果顯示保護膝具對舉重選手運動表現有助益,但對膝關節結構穩定性、膝關節肌群傷害預防與實際運動表現,則有待日後進一步研究。


The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of knee wrap on proprioception and performances on weightlifter. Methods: twenty-five subelite junior weightlifters were recruited in this research (fifteen male subjects: age 15.9±1.1 years old, weight 74.1±13.8 kg; ten female subjects: age 16.1±1.5 years old, weight 59.5±7.8kg). Biodex Dynamomemter used for measure knee wrap (KW) influences on passive angle reproduction (85 degree seated and 40 degree supine positions) and isometric knee joint extension maximal strength test (seated position, from 90 to 120 degree). Results: either the positions or knee wrapping (equipped, E; or raw, R) did not show significant differences on passive angle reproduction (seated E vs. R: 3.67±2.02vs 3.98±2.51; supine E vs. R: 3.59±2.45vs 4.16±2.60 degree). Knee wrapping increased extension strength in seated than supine significantly, besides, equipped had better performance than raw within same position (seated E vs. supine E: 167.17±52.45vs 158.28±49.60 Nm, seated R vs. supine R: 159.82±53.68151.18±47.50Nm; Seated E vs. R: 167.17±52.45vs 159.82±53.68Nm, supine E vs. R158.28±49.60vs 151.18±47.50Nm, respectively). Conclusions: The data indicate that KW has a substantial impact in weightlifter performances, and positive influence on strength performance but not in proprioception. Hence, further research should be done to investigate the knee joint stability, sports injuries prevention and competition performances.
