2017-03-032025-07-302017-03-032017-03-03https://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/70119  本研究旨在探討:一、建立國中體適能實施課程。二、國中學生健康體適能的現況。三、國中學生實施體適能課程後的影響。本研究以32 名九年級學生為研究對象,課程進行前,透過體適能前測及自編問卷,建立學生各項基本資料,並參酌相關文獻研討適當的運動處方,做為課程方案,然後進行為期10 週的跑走訓練課程。課程進行期間,運用現場觀察紀錄、教學日誌、訪談等方法,做為逐步修正課程的依據。在課程結束後,進行體適能後測,以便了解體適能課程實施的成效,建立國中生體適能課程。本研究採行動研究法進行,並以量化方式輔助驗證,採取單因子變異數分析、單因子共變數分析、t-test等方法考驗各項研究假設。其研究結果如下:1.建立以跑走方式為主的「國中生體適能課程」。2.以跑走為主的健康體適能課程對國中學生健康體適能有顯著的提昇。期盼藉由本研究結果所提出的具體建議,能促進其身心健康,塑造優質的學習環境。最後,也期許本研究結果提出對教育與政府單位之建議,並說明後續研究可努力之方向。   This research is to explore as following:1. Establishing physical fitness courses of junior high school students. 2. The condition of junior high school students’ health-related physical fitness. 3. The effect after executing physical fitness courses. In this research, the researcher selected 32 students in the ninth grade as my research members. Before the courses proceeded, I gathered basic information about students through taking pre-test and questionnaire. Then execute walk-run teaching for ten weeks. During the course, I adopted the observation records, teaching log and interview etc as the foundation of amendatory courses. After the end of the course, I proceeded to take the re-test to know the effect on the physical fitness courses. This research adopt the action research as well as quantitative statistic to engage in information collection and finally analyzed every research hypothesis by using One-Way ANOVA, one-way Analysis of Covariance ANCOVA, t-test. Main discoveries in this research are as follows:1. Establish the physical fitness courses based on walk-run teaching of junior high school students.2. The health-related physical fitness course, which focuses on walk-run teaching, could promote students’ physical fitness outstandingly. Hope that can enhance mind and the body health status, promote study environment of quality.
