李勝雄Li, Sheng-Xiong2017-02-222025-07-302017-02-222017-02-22https://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/70632學位類別:碩士校院名稱:國立臺灣體育學院系所名稱:體育研究所畢業學年度:92年論文頁數:215頁中文摘要   本研究主要目的是探討高中擲部運動選手於不同時期(季節前、中、後)其體能之發展與差異狀況比較。針對國立潮州高中及高雄縣仁武高中體育班十五位擲部運動選手進行體能檢測,其檢測項目包括:柔軟度、平衡性、爆發力、肌力、敏捷性及心肺耐力等六項。並以問卷調查及事後成效訪談,獲知不同時期體能差異,使其具有相當的效度。   以F考驗及相關為統計方法,進行資料分析後,獲得以下結果: 一. 擲部運動選手不同時期指數包括柔軟度、平衡性、爆發力、肌力、敏捷性及心肺耐力等六項。除柔軟度及平衡性在季節前、季節中及季節後呈無顯著差異外,其餘爆發力、肌力、敏捷性及心肺耐力等皆呈顯著差異。 二. 鏈球、標槍、鐵餅及鉛球等不同項目之擲部運動選手,不因項目不同而呈顯著差異。 三. 檢測敏捷性折返跑項目,由季節中和季節後對照t檢定與成對樣本檢定,得知無相關而呈顯著差異。 四. 季節前、季節中及季節後體能發展不佳。   整體而言,擲部運動選手不同時期體能有呈顯著差異,但不因項目不同而呈顯著差異。此外,以問卷調查及事後成效訪談,使具有相當的效度。Abstract   The purpose of this study was to compare the difference of throw athletes’ physical fitness among the pre-season, in-season and post-season in senior high schools, and to explore whether the physical fitness is different with varied sport items or not. We tested the physical fitness of 15 throw athletes who study in National Chauchou Senior High School and Renwu High School. After that, we can know their flexibility, balance, explosive force, strength, agility and cardiorespiratory endurance capacity. We also got the information about the difference of physical fitness during different exercise seasons by questionnaire investigation and meta-interview to make the research has more validity. The statistic methods of F-test and correlation were used, and the results of the study were as follows: 1.The throw athletes’ physical fitness such as flexibility and balance have no significant differences among pre-season, in-season and post-season, on the contrary, such as explosive force, strength, agility and cardiorespiratory endurance capacity have. 2.There is no significant difference of throw athletes’ physical fitness with varied throw items such as hammer, javelin, discus and shot. 3.About the result of agility test, there is no correlation between pre-season and in-season by t-test and paired-sample test, but it has a significant difference. 4.The throw athletes’ physical fitness was not good during the pre-season, in-season and post-season. Actually, the throw athletes’ physical fitness among three exercise seasons has significant difference, but there is no significant difference of throw athletes’ physical fitness with varied throw items.
