國立臺灣體育運動大學2019-01-082025-07-302019-01-082019-01-082226-535Xhttps://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/70212呼吸作用是人體生存必須的生理現象,同時也在人體運動的過程中扮演著重要的角色。過去研究已發現吸氣肌疲勞會使人體運動表現明顯下降, 特別是在耐力性運動上。目前已有若干研究證實吸氣肌訓練有提升不同運動項目之運動表現效果,但吸氣肌訓練的時期長短、採用的訓練強度與頻率, 以及造成運動表現提升的機制仍未能深入了解。期盼藉由相關文獻的回顧釐清吸氣肌訓練的相關概念,未來欲使用吸氣肌訓練者能採用更科學性的實證基礎方式進行訓練。 Respi rat ion is an essent ial phenomenon in human s, and i t also plays an impor tant role dur ing human exerci se. Several s tudies have repor ted that inspi ratory muscle fat igue ( IMF) impai red spor ts per formance, especial ly in endurance exercise. Several studies have proved that inspi ratory muscle t raining ( IMT) could enhance athlet ic per formance in di f ferent spor t s. However, the durat ion of t raining per iod, intens i ty, f requency, and the under lying mechanisms of how IMT improving spor ts per formance are not clear in depth.
