黃彥翔Huang, Yen-Hsiang2017-04-072025-07-302017-04-072017-04-07https://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/71409學位類別：碩士校院名稱：國立臺灣體育運動大學系所名稱：運動管理學系碩士班學號：10005104畢業學年度：101年論文頁數：168頁　　本研究旨在探討嘉義縣國小足球選手之現況，比較不同背景變項之足球選手在參與動機、訓練滿意度及忠誠度之差異及相關情形。本研究以嘉義縣國小足球選手為研究對象，採普測方法進行問卷調查，問卷共計發出468份，回收456份，回收率97％，刪除無效問卷36份後，共得到有效問卷420份，有效率92％。根據實際調查所得的資料，以描述性統計（次數分配百分比、平均數、標準差）、單因子多變量變異數分析、Scheffe事後比較、徑路分析等統計方法進行資料分析。茲將本研究的發現歸納成結論分述如下： 一、嘉義縣國小足球選手以男生所佔的比例較高；就讀年級以五年級居多；每週訓練天數以三天最多；每次練習時間以一小時最多；父親教育程度以高中畢業最多；母親教育程度以高中畢業最多；父親職業分布情形，以工業最多；母親職業分布情形，以服務業最多。 二、不同年級、訓練天數之國小足球選手於參與動機、訓練滿意度、忠誠度上有顯著差異存在。 三、不同性別之國小足球選手於忠誠度上有顯著差異存在。 四、不同父親教育程度之國小足球選手於參與動機上有顯著差異存在。 五、不同練習時間、母親職業之國小足球選手於參與動機、忠誠度上有顯著差異存在。 六、不同父親職業、不同母親教育程度之國小足球選手於參與動機、訓練滿意度、忠誠度上沒有顯著差異存在。 七、參與動機對訓練滿意度具有正向之影響；參與動機對忠誠度具有正向之影響；訓練滿意度對忠誠度具有正向之影響。　　The purpose of this study was to compare the participating motivation, training satisfaction and loyalty of football players in elementary school In Chiayi County with different background variables and their relationships. In this study, football players of elementary school In Chiayi County were selected as subject and the census of population was managed to collect data by sending out 468 questionnaires. Of the 468 questionnaires, 456 were responded and 36 were discarded due to invalid responses. Therefore, 420 valid questionnaires were used for statistical analysis. Based on actual survey data, descriptive statistics (frequency distribution percentage, mean, standard deviation deviation) one-way MANOVA, single-factor multivariate analysis of variance, scheffe’s methods, path analysis and other statistical methods were administrated for data analysis, the results of this research were as follows: 1.The majority of football player in elementary school of Chiayi county is male studying in the 5th grade who practice football three days a week and spend one hour on practice.
