2017-02-212025-07-302017-02-212017-02-21https://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/69601　　排球比賽具有高度的團隊合作與社會教育特質，能展現人類高尚的運動精神，也是世界上流行的運動種類，廣受世界各地球迷的喜愛。儘管如此，排球運動一如其他的運動項目，也存在著暴力行為，造成不良的影響。本研究的目的在瞭解暴力行為的理論，分析排球運動中不同角色的暴力行為類型，並以國內外著名的排球暴力事件加以驗證。以文獻分析法及訪談法收集國內外期刊、網站、媒體資料加以整理及分析，用以檢視排球運動的暴力行為。分析結果指出，排球運動中的暴力行為，起源於運動員對裁判判決或對手不當行為動怒，教練暴力則因訓練或不滿判決，裁判暴力是因執法能力或態度不佳，協會及大會職員對比賽的準備或申訴處置不當，觀眾暴力是為擁護自己喜好的隊伍等原因。建議參與者遵守運動精神及排球規則，運動員養成尊重對手及裁判的習慣，教練調整訓練方式及心態，裁判提升執法能力與態度，協會及大會工作人員妥善規畫賽制及設備、秉公處置申訴事件，觀眾保持風度，確保比賽順利進行，排球運動高尚的團隊合作精神充份發揮。 　　Volleyball game is a kind of cooperation and social educational teamwork, and it can highly perform sportsmanship. It’s also a popular sport in the world and many fans like it. Even so, there also as violence in volleyball as in other sports which cause bad influences. The purpose of this research is to understand the theory of violence, analyze the various types of violence from different roles, and identify it by famous events all over the world. This research checked the violence of volleyball by analytic approach of documents and interview to collect the information from websites, mass media and the researcher. The result of this research indicates the resources of violence in volleyball were caused by the players angered with the referees’ judgments or the opponents’ rude behavior, coaches’ violet training or disagreeing with the judgments, improper abilities or manners from referees. The violence of volleyball may also comes from the officials of association and tournament who don’t prepare the orders or equipments well or their improper handling of protests; and from the spectators strongly supporting their favorite teams, etc. We suggest all participants should obey the sportsmanship and volleyball rules, the players should develop the sense to respect the opponents and referees, the coaches adjust the training method, referees enrich their abilities for judgments, the officials of association and tournament should prepare the orders and instruments well and handle the protest fairly, and the spectators should keep good manners.
