盂峻瑋Yu Jun-Wei2017-02-272025-07-302017-02-272017-02-27https://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/71034學位類別：碩士校院名稱：國立台灣體育大學系所名稱：休閒運動管理研究所學號：19702005畢業學年度：99年論文頁數：114頁　　棒球運動在台灣有著不可抹滅的歷史情懷，因而有「國球」之稱。隨著中華職棒的成立，也使台灣棒球產業進入組織化的階段，棒球儼然成為人民生活中的一部分，但是因為1996年中華職棒發生史上第一次大規模球員放水的職棒假球案，重創整個中華職棒發展，連帶著其他棒球產業也受到影響，讓台灣棒球發展面臨困境。 　　自1996年開始，中華職棒分別在2005年、2007年、2008年及2009年都皆爆發過職棒假球案，這段期間政府、聯盟及球團也為了因應打假球而制定了相關的「防賭策略」，這些策略也直接、間接影響了台灣棒球制度的發展，本研究藉由文獻資料的蒐集和分析，最後歸納出結論並提出建議。 　　藉由文獻資料的分析，發現職棒假球一再發生的原因可能為：一、黑金難防。二、球員生活難以管理。假球案對於台灣棒球產業的影響為：一、職棒發展大受打擊。二、國際賽表現不佳。政府、聯盟及球團的防賭策略，對於台灣棒球制度的影響為：一、假球案相關懲處制度加重。二、三級棒球補助制度有所提升。三、重建社會棒球隊風氣。四、職棒相關因應制度建立。若能對症下藥尋求相關制度的建立並能確實執行，相信對於台灣棒球發展將能發揮一定程度的正面幫助，而此迫切需要相關單位持續的督促與規範。　　Baseball was called the national sport in Taiwan due to people’s inerasable historical affection for it. With the establishment of the Chinese Professional Baseball League (CPBL), the development of baseball industry of Taiwan was pushed to the peak and baseball also became a part of people’s lives. However, the CPBL's first match-fixing scandals took place in 1996, which plenty of players involved in. This scandal had made such a great impact on CPBL as well as the related baseball industries baseball that the development of Taiwan baseball industry was in a predicament. 　　Since 1996, there had been several match-fixing scandals of CPBL, which took place in 2005, 2007, 2008 and 2009 respectively. During these years, the government authorities, CPBL and the baseball team had made relative strategies to prevent gambling as a result of the match-fixing scandals. These strategies had influenced the development of the baseball system in Taiwan. By data collection and analysis, this study made the following conclusions and provided the suggestions. 　　According to the result of data analysis, it was found that the recurrent match-fixing scandals of CPBL were caused by the following reasons. 1. It was difficult to prevent the bribery. 2. It was hard to manage the players’ personal lives. The influence of the match-fixing scandals on the baseball industry in Taiwan was as follows. 1. The development of CPBL was hindered seriously. 2. The baseball players had bad performance in the international competitions. In addition, anti-gambling strategies of the government, CPBL and baseball teams had the following influences on the baseball system in Taiwan. 1. The normative system had increased the punishment for match-fixing. 2. The subsidy for teenage baseball was enhanced. 3. The social morality of baseball team was reestablished. 4. The relevant system of CPBL was established. If the relevant system could be enforced effectively, it would be helpful for the development of baseball industry in Taiwan to some extent.
