林文郎Lin, Wen-Lang2017-02-222025-07-302017-02-222017-02-22https://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/70837學位類別：碩士校院名稱：國立台灣體育大學系所名稱：運動管理學系碩士班學號：19605115畢業學年度：97年論文頁數：148頁　　本研究旨在探討2009年全國中等學校運動會參賽選手之參賽動機、涉入程度、滿意度與賽會支持之相關實證研究。以2009年全國中等學校運動會十三個比賽項目參賽選手為研究對象，經分層比例抽樣獲得有效樣本438份，經描述統計、因素分析、t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森相關分析及結構方程模式等統計分析，結果發現：(1)2009全國中等學校運動會不同背景參賽選手在參賽動機、涉入程度、滿意度與賽會支持上有部分顯著差異。(2)參賽選手之參賽動機、涉入程度、滿意度與賽會支持間呈現顯著正相關。(3)參賽選手之參賽動機、涉入程度與滿意度三變項間彼此具有相關之路徑。涉入程度與賽會支持兩者間具有預測力。參賽動機透過涉入程度與賽會支持間具間接影響。研究結果可作為往後舉辦賽會之參考。　　The purpose of this study was to examinate the related demonstrations among the motivation, involvement, satisfaction, and support of athletic games on competitors of 2009 National High School Athletic Competitions of Taiwan. There were 438 validate questionnaires came out from competitors of 13 items in the competition after stratified sampling. Analyzing by descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s test compartion afterwards, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and structural equation modeling methods, the result shows: (1) Partial significant differences were found on competitors of 2009 National High School Athletic Competitions of Taiwan, motivation, involvement, satisfaction, support of athletic games at their demographic variables. (2) The motivation, involvement, satisfaction, support of athletic games exist positive correlation in competitions. (3) The motivation of a competitor would greatly affects the result on involvement, satisfaction; the involvement would affect the result on support of athletic games as well; as well as a significant positive e indirect effect of motivation on satisfaction through involvement.
