陳定雄Chen, Ding-Xiong2017-02-222025-07-302017-02-222017-02-22https://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/70633學位類別：碩士校院名稱：國立臺灣體育學院系所名稱：休閒運動管理研究所畢業學年度：93年論文頁數：153頁　　為使棒球國家代表隊能在國際各項賽會中贏得優異成績，因此如何遴選優秀選手參賽，實為組訓代表隊之最重要課題。鑒於此，本研究嘗試使用多變量統計分析方法中的分析層級程序法（AHP）分別建構出投手、捕手、內野手、外野手的遴選模式，提供爾後遴選棒球國家代表隊之參考。 　　遴選模式建構出的評鑑準則項目：投手有六項準則，三十七項指標；捕手、內野手、外野手均有七項準則，但分別有四十三項、四十一項、四十二項指標。每項評鑑準則都有其總體權重值。未來國家隊總教練或遴選委員在遴選代表隊選手時，可依據評鑑準則項目分別對各候選選手進行評分，將各項目評得分數乘以該項目之權重值後再予以加總，計算出各候選選手的評價得分，並可將得分依高低排序，作為代表隊選手遴選的客觀依據，如此即可依排序來遴選國家代表隊選手。Abstract 　　For the sake of significant and excellent achievements that our national baseball team can make in every international competition, the most important lesson for the organizing-training national baseball team is how to select excellent contestants. Therefore, this study attempted to use Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) of the Multivariate Statistical Analysis to construct each selecting model for the pitcher, catcher, infielder, and fielder, as well as offering a reference to the future national baseball teams. 　　The evaluation criteria constructed by this selecting model including: 6 criteria and 37 sub-criteria for the pitcher; 7 criteria and 43 sub-criteria for the catcher, 7 criteria and 41 sub-criteria for the infielder, and 7 criteria and 42 sub-criteria for the fielder. Each evaluation criteria and sub-criteria has its weight decision value. In the future, the coaches can evaluate and grade each player according to these items of evaluation sub-criteria, multiplying the score of each item by its weight decision value and amounting to the evaluating score of each candidate.
