( age: 19.26±0.70 yrs, height: 172.86 ± 5.48 cm, weight: 65.82 ± 12.34kg). They were divided into three groups according to their healthy test and blood analysis results. The first group had 7 hepatitis B carriers, the second group had 12 persons with abnormal liver function, and the third group had 82 normal individuals. All subjects were carried out a series of health-related physical fitness tests such as body mass index, sit-and-reach, 1 minute’s sit-up, standing long jump, and 1600-m run. Results of those tests were then used to calculate the health-related physical fitness quotient (HPFQ). The One-Way ANOVA was used to check the differences of health-related physical fitness and HPFQ among those three groups. The following conclusions can be drawn from the results of the study: (1) Subjects with abnormal liver function showed significant difference in the level of body mass index as compared to the subjects with hepatitis B carrier and/or normal individuals (p<.05). This result showed that subjects with abnormal liver function were overweight or obese. (2) Subjects with abnormal liver function showed significant difference in the level of 1600-m run and HPFQ as compared to subjects with normal individuals (p<.05). This result showed that subjects with abnormal liver function had worse cardio respiratory endurance and the whole health-related physical fitness values. (3) There were no significant differences between subjects with hepatitis B carriers and normal individuals in the performance of the elements of health-related physical fitness and HPFQ. This result showed that hepatitis B carriers can carry out same physical activities as the normal individuals.173171 bytesapplication/pdf肝功能;健康體能;健康體能商B型肝炎;hepatitis B;liver function;health-related physical fitness;health-related physical fitness quotientB型肝炎與肝功能異常對大學男性新生健康體能商的影響report
