Methods: The participants were fifty older adults aged 55-70 and randomly assigned to an exercise (n=25) group or a control (n=25) group. The exercise intervention was a 60-min lesson of 8-week aquatic exercise program, twice a week, and the intensity was set at 4-6 of the Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE). The Vienna Test System (VTS) was used to measure six domains of attention. The pre-test was conducted one week before the exercise intervention and the post-test was performed one day after the exercise intervention. Results: There was no difference of demongraphic variables and all attention domains between exercise and control groups in pre-test. After an 8-week aquatic exercise program, there was also no difference of each attention domain between both groups in post-test. However, there was a significanty decrease on Correct Rejections of attention test in exercise groups.
