林建宇Lin, Jian-Yu2017-02-222025-07-302017-02-222017-02-22https://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/70595學位類別：碩士校院名稱：國立台灣體育學院系所名稱：休閒運動管理研究所學號：19302007畢業學年度：95年論文頁數：88頁　　本研究採用質性研究方法，邀請9位年齡介於25-34歲，擁有大學以上學歷並工作至少二年以上之單身女性，主要目的是想藉由自由女性主義的觀點探究:休閒為單身未婚女性日常生活帶來何種意義;影響單身未婚女性日常休閒生活的因素有哪些;以及單身未婚女性如何實踐她們所詮釋的自主性概念。研究發現：休閒之於單身未婚女性的意義，除了獲得正向心理經驗，維持身體健康，她們更把接收新的知識、新的訊息當成是休閒生活中的一部份。單身未婚女性從事休閒活動時，受到主流意識、性別角色限制休閒活動類型以及身處男造空閒時的不安全感所影響，而自主性在面臨限制的情況下扮演著一個中介的協調角色，讓她們藉由休閒活動抵抗受壓迫的性別角色關係，並以避開不安全的時間與地點這樣的策略去擺脫男造空間下的諸多限制，更以展現自我能力的方式，克服主流意識型態以及性別角色的限制。　　This study used qualitative research method to interview 9 single unmarried women in Taiwan, aged from 25 to 34, with undergraduate degree or more, and at least 2 years work experiences. The purpose of this study was to use liberal feminist perspectives to explore: 1.What’s the meaning of leisure in single unmarried women’s daily life. 2. What influences their ordinary leisure, and 3. How they realize the conception of autonomy. The findings were: Through leisure, these single unmarried women can obtain positive mental experience and body health, and they treat learning as leisure, as lifestyle. The mainstream ideology, gender role and the feeling of unsafety in “humanistic” space were the factors that constraint their leisure participation.
