黃彥翔Hwang, Yen-Xiang2017-02-272025-07-302017-02-272017-02-27https://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/70946學位類別：碩士校院名稱：國立台灣體育大學系所名稱：運動管理學系碩士班學號：19705115畢業學年度：99年論文頁數：137頁　　本研究旨在探討嘉義縣國中體育班學生就讀動機、學習滿意度與升學意向之差異與相關情形。研究以96～98學年度嘉義縣國中體育班學生為研究對象，採普查進行問卷調查，共發出481份問卷，回收有效問卷349份，回收有效問卷率達72%，根據實際調查所得的資料，以描述性統計（次數分配百分比、平均數、標準差）、單因子多變量變異數分析、雪費(Scheffe)事後比較、徑路分析等統計方法進行資料分析，經過分析結果獲得以下結論： 一、不同學校、年級、性別、專長項目、每週專長時間、專長年資之體育班學生在就讀動機方面有顯著差異。 二、不同學校、專長項目、每週專長時間之體育班學生在學習滿意度有顯著差異。 三、性別、每週專長時間之體育班學生在升學意向有顯著差異。 四、就讀動機對學習滿意度具有正向之影響；就讀動機對升學意向（體育班）具有正向之影響；學習滿意度對升學意向（體育班）具有正向之影響。　　The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences and relationships among study motivation, satisfaction and intention to enter higher education for student-athletes studying in Junior High School athletic program in Chiayi County. Subjects for this study were students of Junior High School athletic program enrolled in 2009 and 2010. The data was collected by questionnaires destribued to all Junior high student-athletes of Chiayi county. Of the 481 questionnaires, 349 were valid responses corresponding with a 72% return rate. The descriptive statistics, one-way MANOVA, Scheffe’s methods, and path analysis were then utilized to analyze the data.
