陳重佑Chen, Chung-Yu2017-02-222025-07-302017-02-222017-02-22https://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/70529學位類別:碩士校院名稱:國立台灣體育學院系所名稱:體育研究所學號:19001127畢業學年度:94年論文頁數:78頁 本研究的主要目的係以多元迴歸分析的研究手段,探討基本人體測量學參數對健力運動表現的關係,以了解人體身體維度是否有效預測健力運動表現?本研究的實驗參加者分別為17位男子國家級健力專長運動員(平均年齡23.8 ± 5.0歲、身高168.8 ± 8.5公分、體重80.7 ± 22.4公斤)與13位女子國家級健力專長運動員(平均年齡22.1 ± 3.1歲、身高159.4 ± 6.8公分、體重68.3 ± 18.1公斤)。實驗參加者均為國際級或國家級競賽各等級之男女健力運動員,且以最佳競賽成績為效標變項;而馬丁氏人體測量尺則用以進行虎口長度、上下肢長度、胴體長度及骨盆寬度等人體參數的度量,再結合握力測量的資料以作為本研究的預測變項。多元迴歸分析結果顯示,僅有胴體長度對於女子蹲舉表現具有61%的預測能力(F(3, 9) = 4.67,p < .05),可是當運動表現經轉換係數換算後,則顯示人體測量學參數對於健力表現則均不能有效解釋(p > .05)。男子臥舉顯示握力不管對於原始成績(R2 = .55,F(3, 13) = 5.25,p < .05)或是轉換後的成績(R2 = .62,F(3, 13) = 7.12,p < .05),均有相當高的預測力。本研究結果說明人體型態測量未能普遍解釋健力運動表現,運動教練應強化運動技術的提昇而重於選材。 The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between parameters of anthropometric and the performance of powerlifting in the approach of multiple regression analysis, and to examine the validity by using the anthropometrical parameters to predict the performance of performance. Seventeen male (age: 23.8 ± 5.0 years old; height: 168.8 ± 8.5 cm; weight: 80.7 ± 22.4 kg) and 13 female (age: 22.1 ± 3.1 years old; height: 59.4 ± 6.8 cm; weight: 68.3 ± 18.1 kg) powerlifting athletes were recruited as the participants for this study. Either of them were the powerlifting athlete of international or national class, and their best performance of competitions were collected as the criterion. The Martin’s anthropometer (TTM) was used to assess the width of thumb carpometacarpal abduction, the length of upper extremity, the length of lower extremity, and the width of iliums. The anthropometrical parameters and the grip force were used as the predictor variables in this study. The result of multiple regression analysis indicated that only the trunk length was validity to predict the raw performance of squat (R2 = .61, F(3, 9) = 4.67, p < .05) for female athletes, but it was invalidity after the transformational performance of squat. The raw (R2 = .55, F(3, 13) = 5.25, p < .05) and transformational (R2 = .62, F(3, 13) = 7.12, p < .05) performance of bench-press was validity highly been explained by variance in the grip force.
