蔡榮捷Tsai, Jung-Chieh2017-02-272025-07-302017-02-272017-02-27https://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/71019學位類別：碩士校院名稱：國立台灣體育大學系所名稱：體育研究所學號：19601101畢業學年度：98年論文頁數：260頁　　1990年臺灣以田徑協會為主，經公開選訓組隊，首次參加第一屆亞洲盃八人制拔河錦標賽失利後，熱心拔河運動人士立即籌組各縣市拔河運動委員會及成立全國拔河運動協會，開始以多面向之積極政策推動八人制拔河運動，又有學校方面的積極協助配合，奠定萌芽基礎。 　　1997年發生拔河受傷事件，協會向教育部體育司提出因應策略，使危機變為轉機，時逢校園體育運動政策，藉此推展教育部全國各級學校拔河活動，使拔河運動深耕各級學校，培育出多數優秀學校拔河團隊，以學生團隊贏得世界冠軍，揚名國際；藉此將臺灣發展八人制拔河運動經驗，推向國際並參加世界拔河年會，展現成果。 　　2005年拔河運動協會推展十餘年，再次參加世界拔河年會，並發表推動學校拔河運動成效。昔日以師大拔河隊畢業之校友進入校園，從事體育教學及拔河訓練工作，頗具成效；而具傳統之學校拔河隊能堅持與篤定的持續訓練，是成就成熟發揚時期之元素，更是奪得世界冠軍重要之關鍵。 　　本研究以臺灣八人制拔河運動發展之歷程為主史，力求收集相關史料；研究方法以訪談、文獻分析、歷史研究為主，並以研究者實際參與拔河運動為輔，對臺灣拔河運動各階段發展歷程與重要事件進行研究與紀實。 　　本論文最後提出一些問題與建議以及未來努力改善之方向，在相關單位及愛好八人制拔河運動人士的持續努力推動下，發揮拔河運動具教育性之內涵與意義，並期盼八人制拔河運動能在臺灣永續發展並能揚名國際，成為臺灣最重要的團隊運動項目。　　In 1990 the Athletic Association of Taiwan-based, publicly elected by the training team for the first time participate in the first eight people in Asia Cup tournament after losing tug of war, tug of war campaigners immediately enthusiastic about the formation of county and city committees and the establishment of the National Tug of war Tug of war Association, began to promote more active policy for the eight people Tug of war, but also with the active assistance of the schools to lay the bud base. 　　Tug of war injuries occurred in 1997, the Association proposed to the Department of Physical Education and coping strategies, the crisis into a turning point comes at the campus sports policy, the Ministry of Education to promote activities in each school in a tug of war, deep plowing to Tug of war at all levels of schools, Most good schools breed a tug of war team, the student team won the world title, became an international star; to be Taiwan's development experience of eight people Tug of war, to the international and the annual meeting of the World Tug of War, to show results. 　　Tug of War Association in 2005 to promote sport more than ten years, the annual tug of war again in the world, and made a movement to promote the effectiveness of the school tug of war.
