盂峻瑋Yu, Jun-Wei2017-02-272025-07-302017-02-272017-02-27https://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/71176學位類別：碩士校院名稱：國立臺灣體育運動大學系所名稱：體育研究所學號：19901112畢業學年度：100年論文頁數：232頁　　臺灣銀行籃球隊成立於1973年，創隊後以銀行盃籃球賽為主要舞台，1974年起加入甲組比賽，最佳成績為1978、1981年二度獲得中正盃籃球錦標賽冠軍，1999、2000年蟬聯總統盃籃球錦標賽冠軍。成立初期請來南山高中籃球教父郭輝協助組訓，領隊曲自立後來更身兼教練並成為臺灣第一位NBA專家，隊史中擔任教練一職長達十九年的田希和，也為臺銀籃球隊建立許多規章制度，使一度遭受職籃成立衝擊而委靡不振的球隊，再度一飛衝天，成為籃壇強權。 臺銀籃球隊成立之後培養過無數位中華隊國手，如鍾枝萌、宋建順、邱宗志、李雲翔、邱啟益、陳信安等等，離開臺銀隊的部分球員也在教練領域得到發揮，從國小到大學乃至SBL球隊皆有臺銀球員蹤跡；影響臺灣籃壇最大之處，在於建立了輔導球員後續工作的制度，這使得國、民營企業籃球隊紛紛效法，使臺灣球員在卸下球衣後，可以有更多的發展空間。 國營企業籃球隊在時代和社經環境的變遷下，競爭力慢慢減退，臺銀是目前唯一的國營企業男子籃球隊，雖不至於解散，但也如同其他在歷史洪流中消失的國營企業球隊一樣，面臨競爭力下降、成績不佳的困擾，如何跟隨時代建立新制度，是臺銀籃球隊未來必須重視的課題，期待臺銀籃球隊未來能有再次譜寫籃壇新頁的那天到來。　　Bank of Taiwan Basketball Team was founded in 1973 and mainly arranged the games for Bank Cup. Since 1974, Bank of Taiwan Basketball Team had played in division 1. They achieved their best results by claiming the champions of the Chiang Kai-Shek Cup both in 1978 and 1981, as well as clinching the titles of Presidential Cup in 1999 and 2000. When the team was formed, they invited Guo Hui, who was dubbed the “Godfather of Nanshan High School Basketball Team” to help with the training. Later, Qu Zili played both roles of general manager and coach, and became the first NBA expert in Taiwan. Tian Xihe, who had been the head coach for 19 years, also established rules and regulations for Bank of Taiwan Basketball Team. While the team was demoralizing because of the founding of Chinese Basketball Alliance, Tian’s acts helped reversing the situation and spurred the team to regain excellence. Bank of Taiwan Basketball Team has trained many players for the national team, such as Zhong Zhimeng, Song Jianxun, Qiu Zongzhi, Li Yunxiang, Qiu Qiyi, Chen Xinan and so on. Some of those who left Bank of Taiwan Basketball Team flex their muscles as coaches as well, devoting themselves to elementary school teams, university school teams and even SBL teams. The greatest impact of Bank of Taiwan Basketball Team is to set up a system offering retired players stable employments.
