2017-03-032025-07-302017-03-032017-03-03https://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/70123 本研究旨在探討國中籃球教練工作壓力與職業倦怠之現況與關係,採用自編之「國中籃球教練工作壓力與職業倦怠關係之調查問卷」為研究工具,以96學年度參加教育部主辦「國民中學籃球聯賽」之籃球教練為研究對象,共發出研究問卷350份,回收有效問卷328份,有效問卷回收率為93.71%,所得資料經統計分析後,結果發現:國中籃球教練所感受之工作壓力為中高程度,其對四項工作壓力構面中的「工作負荷」感受最明顯;國中籃球教練之職業倦怠為中等程度,其對三項職業倦怠構面中的「情緒耗竭」感受最明顯。女性、年輕、聘任方式為「(體育)教師兼任」之籃球教練,較容易感受到工作壓力;年輕、聘任方式為「校外人士擔任」之籃球教練,有較高程度的職業倦怠感受;國中籃球教練之工作壓力與職業倦怠有顯著正相關,且國中籃球教練工作壓力各構面對於整體職業倦怠具有預測力。 The main purpose of this study was to explore the current situation of basketball coaches’ job stress and working burnout in junior high schools, and analyze the relationship between them. This study employed the survey method. Three hundred and fifty basketball coaches who joined the Junior High School Basketball League in 2007 were selected as samples, with the return of 328 questionnaires. The amount of the valid questionnaires stands for 93.71% of the total amount of the questionnaires those were distributed. The survey data was analyzed by using statistical methods. Results indicated that basketball coaches feel that their job stress is at upper middle level, and "Work Load” is the main cause. Basketball coaches feel that their working burnout is at middle level, and "Emotional Exhaustion” is the main cause. Basketball coaches who are female, younger, full-time teachers, had higher job stress. Basketball coaches who are younger and part-time ones, had higher working burnout. There is a significant positive relationship between basketball coaches’ job stress and working burnout.
