許壬榮Hsu, Jen-Jung2017-02-222025-07-302017-02-222017-02-22https://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/70891學位類別:碩士校院名稱:國立台灣體育大學系所名稱:體育研究所學號:19401106畢業學年度:97年論文頁數:44頁 本研究旨在探討「阻斷式接發球訓練」對排球選手面對高速發球之接發球能力之影響。以國立臺灣體育學院男子排球代表隊十八名運動員為研究對象。以分層隨機方式區分為阻斷式接發球訓練組、一般接發球訓練組、無接發球訓練組等三組。以單因子變異數分析法(One-way ANOVA)考驗排球選手在各階段(前測、二週後、四週後、六週後)面對高速發球之接發球能力之差異情形。結果如下: 一、高速發球之接發球能力: 1.在前測與二週後,各實驗分組之間並無顯著差異(p>.05)。 2.經四週後,阻斷式接發球訓練組顯著優於無接發球訓練組(p<.05)。 3.經六週後,阻斷式接發球訓練組顯著優於一般接發球訓練組與無接發球訓練組,同時一般接發球訓練組也優於無接發球訓練組(p<.001)。 本研究發現「阻斷式接發球訓練」能顯著提升排球選手面對高速發球之接發球能力,並能顯著改善排球選手接發球能力。本研究結果可供排球訓練以及相關運動訓練作為參考。 The purpose of this study was to discuss the effect of obstructive reception training to volleyball players in receive ability. The subjects in this study included 18 volleyball players in National Taiwan College of Physical Education Male volleyball team. All the subjects were divided obstructive reception training group, normal reception training group, and non-reception training group through stratified sampling approach, testing the volleyball player differences on the receive ability of high speed serve ability in every stage (pre-test, two-week later, four-week later, and six-week later) by using One-Way ANOVA. The results were described as follow: 1. The receive ability of high speed serve 1/.There were no significant differences on experiment groups in pre-test and two-week later (p>.05). 2/.Four-week later, the receive ability of obstructive reception training group was significant better than non- reception training group (p<.05). 3/.Six-week later, obstructive reception training group was significant better than normal reception training group and non-reception training group, and the normal reception training group was better than non- reception training group (p<.001). The result in this study discovered that Obstructive Reception Training can improve the facing high speed serve receive ability of volleyball players.
