駱明瑤Lou, Ming-Yao2017-02-222025-07-302017-02-222017-02-22https://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/70890學位類別：碩士校院名稱：國立台灣體育大學系所名稱：體育研究所學號：19501015畢業學年度：97年論文頁數：69頁　　背景：老化隨著時間改變人體。在退化的過程中，骨骼肌系統較差的控制可能增加年長者跌倒機會。機內效貼布已被利用來預防運動傷害與調節動作控制。目的：本研究探討機內效貼紮在水平步行時對下肢運動學及動力學的影響，並比較五種不同貼紮情形的效益。方法：10名健康年長者(男女各5名)參與本研究。VICON612動作分析系統及AMTI三維測力板系統蒐集運動學與動力學數據。結果：髖關節轉動與踝膝髖關節顯著改變。步寬與步幅無顯著地改變。結論：機內效貼紮後，改變步態模式導致改善走路效益與增加水平行走中的穩定度。　　Background: Aging changed our organism over time. Through this decline, weaker control of musculoskeletal system might increase chance of falling in seniors. Kinesio Tex has been used to prevent sport injury and to modulate motor control.Purpose: The study was to investigate the effect of five different taping using Kinesio Tex on the joint kinematics and kinetics of lower limbs in level walking.Methods: Ten healthy seniors (five males and five females) were recruited in the study. Kinematic and kinetic data were surveyed with VICON612 motion analysis system and AMTI force plate.Results: There were significant changes in range of motion for rotation of hip joint and the joint forces and moments in lower limbs.
