張勝雄;趙榮瑞Chang, Sheng-Xiong;Chao, Rong-Jui2017-04-072025-07-302017-04-072017-04-07https://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/71437學位類別：碩士校院名稱：國立台灣體育學院系所名稱：競技運動學系碩士班學號：19001008畢業學年度：96年論文頁數：94頁　　軟式網球為台灣重要之傳統性運動項目，2004年世界軟式網球總會採行規則，為因應國際規則修訂，在國際激烈競爭情況下，我國單打選手訓練模式亟需突破，軟式網球得分技術為競賽勝負之關鍵，本研究目的為提升國內軟式網球女子選手單打項目得勝之穩定，固對其技術有深入研究之必要，以作為我國軟式網球訓練之依據，確保在國際競賽之優勢。研究者以參加2004年亞洲杯國手選拔賽女子單打前8強選手作為研究對象，名次前8強所產生勝負之9場比賽為本研究進行技術分析之範圍，經過DVD系統觀察紀錄並分析後，獲得 以下結論： 一、在本次選拔賽中，選手發球ㄧ發之成功率約為31.58％至67.74％之間，平均成功率為58.24％；第二次發球之成功率為66.7％至100％之間，平均成功率為94.37％，且發球得分佔整體得分13.72％，而兩組選手的樣本檢定結果顯示，第一發球成功率達顯著差異。 二、接發球能力是選手接受第一擊之考驗，防守者回擊時仍以讓發球者難以防守之位置為主要考量，研究結果中顯示－43％之回擊落於對手的第4區為反手拍位置，71％的回擊落於對手之第5、6區及第7區為反手拍位置，在接發球成功次數與這四區落點均達顯著差異。 三、研究對象穩定之正、反手擊球在得分方式的研究中佔大部分之百分比，其中正手擊球佔整體得分之48.02％，反手擊球佔23.48％，且正手拍、反手拍、發球、接發球這四項達顯著差異。 四、攻擊者擊球之得分區域有近40％落於對方第4區為反手拍位置，第7、9區之正手拍、反手拍位置各佔11％，該三區落點屬較難防守之區域，顯見攻擊者準確之擊球落點有利於比賽之得分，在第1區、4區及第5區達顯著差異。　　The soft tennis is the most important tradition movement project in Taiwan. In 2004, the World Soft Tennis Confederation picks the rules. In the international competition situation, the single plays in our country need to change the pattern of training urgently. How to get the point in the soft tennis game is the key of the competition victory and defeat. The purpose of this research is to promote the players’ winning opportunity. Regarding this therefore the technology has necessity to research. Take this to be the base of our training of the soft tennis players. To guarantee they get superiority of the international competition. The research picks those participate the Asian cup National Competition and get the first 8 prizes as the comparison. First 8 strong and 9 competitions are the range of the technical analysis for this research. After the DVD system observation and analyzes, the following conclusion is obtained: Ⅰ In this trials, the contestant serves first sends the success ratio approximately is 31.58% to 67.74%, the average success ratio is 58.24%. Second time serves the success ratio is 66.7% to 100%; the average success ratio is 94.37%. Also the serves score points occupies the whole score points 13.72%. But the two groups of contestants' sample examination results the first sends is the better. Ⅱ Receiving serves the ability is the contestant accepts when strikes the test, the defense counter-attack still take lets position of the serving with difficulty defense as the main consideration. In the findings demonstrated - 43% counter-attack falls to the 4th area for backhandedly pats the position, 71% counter-attack falls to the 5th, 6th and the 7th area to match for backhandedly pats the position, the successful times of meeting serves reach with these four areas reveals the difference. Ⅲ To research object stabilizes, backhandedly hits ball in scores in the way research to account for percentage of the majority, forehand hits ball occupies the whole score points to 48.02%, backhandedly hits ball accounts for 23.48%, also the forehand pats, backhandedly pats, serves, receiving serves these four items to reach reveals the difference. Ⅳ The score points area of aggressor have nearly 40% to fall to the opposite party 4th area for backhandedly pats the position, 7th, forehands of the 9 areas pat, backhandedly pat the position respectively to account for 11%.
