許光麃Hsu, Kuang-Piao2017-02-222025-07-302017-02-222017-02-22https://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/70698學位類別：碩士校院名稱：國立台灣體育學院系所名稱：體育研究所學號：19401101畢業學年度：95年論文頁數：246頁　　排球運動自發明以來，持續演進，成為高度社會化的運動，各角色緊密互動，其目的在使排球運動更完備與精彩。排球裁判是排球運動中極為重要的角色，扮演著多重角色，具備各種功能。研究者為排球後補國際裁判，觀察排球裁判相關現象與議題，加上多方收集的資料及親自進行的半結構式深度訪談，以歷史比較研究法、文獻分析法，再以社會學中經常使用的結構功能主義觀點加以分析驗證，成為實踐性的質性研究。 　　本研究的目的有三，分別為瞭解排球裁判的結構功能主義基礎、分析排球裁判的社會結構功能與角色，進而檢視現行規範與制度能否培養出合乎排球比賽需求的裁判。獲致結論如下: 一、排球裁判的角色功能與規範制度的存在，目的都在促進排球整體社會結構的進步與演化，符合結構功能主義的多項觀點。 二、排球裁判具備「法官」、「教師」、「服務者」的多重角色，隨著裁判自身、大會行政人員、教練、球員的不同觀點，有多方面的角色期待及角色衝突。臺灣地區的排球裁判職業多為教師，在工作性質上類似，也同樣具備角色內及角色外衝突。 三、現行排球裁判規範與制度包含養成教育、分級制度與考核制度，制訂得十分詳盡，如確實執行，應能培養出符合比賽需求的裁判。　　Since volleyball had been invented, it keeps developing and become a highly-socialized sport. In order to make this sport complete and wonderful, it contains many roles and interacts with one another tightly. Volleyball referees are one of the most important roles in volleyball sport. They play many roles and have many functions. The researcher himself is a volleyball international referee candidate. With his observation on facts and questions in volleyball sport, he collected much information and conducted semi-structure interview by himself. In additional, this research also adopted historical and paper compared method. In the end, this research analyzed and explained the volleyball referees’ social facts by the opinion of Structural Functionalism. So, this research is a qualitative research. 　　This research has three goals, which understand the volleyball referees’ Structural Functionalism foundations, analyzing volleyball referees’ social structural functions and roles, and checking if the volleyball referees’ rules and policies can develop the referee in games’ need. The conclusions from this research are: 1.The existent purpose for volleyball referees’ functions and policies are making the volleyball structural progress and develop. It’s suitable to be explained by the Structural Functionalism’s point of view. 2.Volleyball referees have many roles such as judgers, teachers and servers. Volleyball referees also have various roles expect and role complexities from referees themselves, game officials, coaches and players. Most of the volleyball in Taiwan are teachers. It’s familiar in volleyball referees and teachers’ job. They also have inner and outer-role complexities. 3.The policies of volleyball referees nowadays including education, classify, and testing system. They were made completely.
