林文郎Lin, Wen-Lang2017-02-222025-07-302017-02-222017-02-22https://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/70707學位類別：碩士校院名稱：國立台灣體育學院系所名稱：運動管理學系碩士班學號：19405005畢業學年度：95年論文頁數：121頁　　美國職業摔角運動在1990年代後逐漸發展成為職業運動主流之一，臺灣由於對職業摔角運動普遍存有暴力之印象，故至今仍無法成為熱門之運動。因此本研究主要目的在於利用訪談調查法與內容分析法，整理相關文獻及六位產、官、學界之專家學者訪談資料，探討臺灣社會、市場、財務運作及經營運作等四個面向，以瞭解職業摔角運動在臺灣推展之可行性。 　　研究結果顯示目前臺灣發展職業摔角運動所需環境條件因素未完全成熟，因此尚不可行。研究並發現：(1)臺灣在發展職業摔角運動上，需加強社會大眾對職業摔角運動的認知觀念及開創吸引投資的誘因；(2)臺灣在發展職業摔角運動上，組織運作的專業人才及硬體設施仍需加強；(3)臺灣在發展職業摔角運動上，應該打破市場的地域限制，朝國際化的方向前進。　　Professional wrestling was become one of the primary professional sport in America after 1990. Because of be described as the bloody violence, professional wrestling is not popular in Taiwan. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to discuss the feasible development for professional wrestling in Taiwan in terms of the social factor, market factor, business financial factor and business operates factor.Six experts with industrial, governmental and academic background participated in this study. Content analysis and personal interview were used for the data collection. 　　The results show that the developing environment for professional wrestling is not well built in Taiwan.
