許壬榮Hsu, Jen-Rong2017-02-222025-07-302017-02-222017-02-22https://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/70520學位類別:碩士校院名稱:國立臺灣體育學院系所名稱:體育研究所畢業學年度:93年論文頁數:57頁 本研究旨在探討「阻斷式接發球訓練」對排球選手接發球能力之影響。以國立台灣體育學院男子排球代表隊十八名運動員為研究對象,其身高為184±6.32cm、體重為77±6.63kg、年齡為22±4.76yrs、球齡為8±2.88yrs。以分層隨機區分為阻斷式接發球訓練組、一般接發球訓練組、無接發球訓練組等三組,經六週實驗控制後,以單因子變異數分析法(One-way ANOVA)考驗各階段接發球能力之差異(前測、二週後、四週後、六週後)。結果如下: 一、前測與二週後之接發球能力,三組間均無顯著差異(p>.05)。 二、四週後,阻斷式接發球訓練組的接發球能力顯著優於無接發球訓練組 (p<.01)。 三、六週後,阻斷式接發球訓練組的接發球能力優於一般接發球訓練組與無接發球訓練組,以及一般接發球訓練組的接發球能力優於無接發球訓練組 (p<.001)。 本研究結果發現「阻斷式接發球訓練」能顯著提升排球選手的接發球能力。可供日後排球教練實施接發球訓練的重要參考。Abstract The purpose of this study is to discuss the effect of obstructive reception training to volleyball players in receive ability. The subjects in this study included 18 volleyball players in National Taiwan College of Physical Education Male volleyball team. Their height, weight, age and sport age are 184±6.32 cm, 77±6.63 kg, 22±4.76 yrs, and 8±2.88 yrs. All the subjects were divided obstructive reception training group, normal reception training group, and non-reception training group through Stratified Sampling approach. After six week experimental controlling, testing the differences on receive ability in every stage (pre-test, two-week after, four-week after, and six-week after) by using one-way ANOVA. The results were described as follow: 1.There were no significant differences on receive ability of three groups in pre-test and two-week after (p>.05). 2.Four-week after, the receive ability of obstructive reception training group was significant differences than non- reception training group (p<.01). 3.Six-week after, the receive ability of obstructive reception training group was significant differences than normal reception training group and non-reception training group, and the normal reception training group was excellent than non- reception training group (p<.001). The result in this study discovered that Obstructive Reception Training can improve the receive ability of volleyball players.
