In order to let enterprises understand the future development and operation conditions of the stadium, and attract the private investments by governmental land regulation, project financing and tax-cut or other strategies. 　　The purpose of the study is to assess feasibility of mega private investment to Taichung Intercontinental Baseball Stadium. Case study will be adopted for research method. Through literature analysis and evaluation of BOT related literatures and legislations, identifying the possibility of BOT in this case, and having a feasibility analysis in construction, market, law and financial purposes. The anticipated research result will be able to clarify the related problems and feasibility of private participation.
