林房儹Lin, Fang-Tsan2017-04-072025-07-302017-04-072017-04-07https://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/71436學位類別：碩士校院名稱：國立台灣體育學院系所名稱：運動管理學系碩士班學號：19405001畢業學年度：96年論文頁數：153頁　　本研究以2007年3月至雲林縣斗六棒球場觀賞中華職業棒球大聯盟賽事的觀眾作為研究對象，旨在探討不同人口變項的觀眾在球場介面偏好、球場表現人因效標與球場表現滿意度之差異以及三者變項間的關係。研究方法為實地問卷訪查法，抽樣方法為便利隨機抽樣，共計發放500份問卷，有效回收450份。透過電腦統計軟體SPSS15.0版本分析，研究結果顯示：人口統計變項部分，進場觀眾以男性居多，年齡平均為25歲，教育程度為大學最多，居住地區則以中部地區最多。進場觀眾對於介面偏好並無顯著差異。進場觀眾對於球場介面偏好的滿意情形，依序為衛生設備、燈光照明、人員與服務。球場介面偏好與人因效標對於球場表現滿意度存在顯著預測力。　　This study was aimed to understand the relationships among the preferences of baseball stadium facilities, criteria of ergonomics, and satisfaction of audiences. The sample was selected from the audiences who participates games on spot during March 2007 at Dou-Liou Baseball stadium. The sampling method was convenience simple sampling. The valid responsible surveys were 450 copies. The data was analyzed by SPSS 15.0 for windows, the results were found: The majority is male , average age is 25 years old, most educational level is university, and most lives in the middle area in Taiwan. The difference didn’t exist on demographics to preferences of baseball stadium facilities of spectators. And the order of satisfaction with preferences is：toilet, lighting, employees and services.
