林文郎Lin, Wen-Lang2017-02-272025-07-302017-02-272017-02-27https://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/71353學位類別：碩士校院名稱：國立臺灣體育運動大學系所名稱：運動管理學系碩士班學號：10105108畢業學年度：102年論文頁數：158頁　　本研究旨在探討國中教師休閒參與動機與休閒阻礙之現況研究，並比較不同人口背景變項之差異性。研究以嘉義縣101學年度國中教師為對象，採用分層隨抽樣進行問卷調查，總計發送385份問卷，回收問卷346份，有效問卷330份，有效率達85.7%。依據實際調查回收資料，進行描述性統計、重複量數單因子變異數分析、單因子多變量變異數分析、雪費（Scheffe）事後比較等統計方法進行資料分析。研究統計結果發現：國中教師對休閒參與動機而言，以「健康與適能需求」為最重視、其次是「自我成長需求」、「人際關係需求」。阻礙國中教師參與休閒運動因素，以「工作阻礙」為主，其次依序是「個體阻礙」、「場地結構阻礙」、「技術阻礙」；整體而言，休閒參與動機與休閒阻礙呈現低相關，達顯著水準。　　The purpose of the study was to explore the leisure participation motivation and constraints of in-service juniour high school teachers in Chiayi County, and to realize the variations of different demographics as manipulated variables. Subjects of the study were in-service junior high school teachers in Chiayi County. To collect data, the cluster and convenience sampling was conducted by which a total of 385 questionnaires were distributed and 346 questionnaires were returned. Only 330 out of 385 (or 85.7%) were valid. Descriptive statistics, factor analysis Pearson`s correlation, independent t-test,one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe-test were used for the main statistical analysis of this study. The findings are as below: (1) as for the subjects’ leisure participation motivation, they expect to strengthen their physical fitness most, followed by satisfying the need of self-growth and developing their interpersonal relations.
