陳春蓮Chen, Chun-Lian2017-02-222025-07-302017-02-222017-02-22https://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/70746學位類別：碩士校院名稱：國立台灣體育大學系所名稱：體育研究所學號：19501103畢業學年度：96年論文頁數：143頁　　本研究目的在探討九年一貫課程實施中，健康與體育學習領域召集人角色內涵、角色實踐的有利條件、角色實踐的阻礙因素、角色實踐阻礙因素的解決策略及不同背景領域召集人角色實踐的差異情形。 本研究以問卷調查及深度訪談為方法。問卷以自編之「國民中學健康與體育學習領域召集人角色實踐之探討問卷」為量表；深度訪談經逐字稿整理與問卷調查比對後呈現結果。 主要結論為： 一、學校行政單位與教師之間的溝通協調者是現階段領域召集人主要的角色。 二、具備人際溝通與協調能力及學校行政單位提供專業成長機會是領域召集人角色實踐主要的有利條件。 三、領域召集人同時扮演多重角色及未能減少授課時數等是角色實踐的阻礙因素。 四、培養溝通技巧及提供在職進修機會等，是領域召集人角色實踐阻礙之解決策略。 五、除曾任領域召集人與否對領域召集人角色實踐有利因素及不同任期對領域召集人角色實踐阻礙因素達顯著差異外，其餘不同背景對領域召集人角色實踐的認知均未達顯著差異。 本研究依據研究結論對健康與體育學習領域教師、領域召集人、學校行政單位、教育行政單位提出具體建議。　　This study aims to investigate the practice of the director of health and physical education subject area in junior high school, under the implementation of nine-year coherent curriculum policy. The study tries to understand the essence of the role as a director, the good and bad conditions for the practice of the role, the strategies to remove the obstacles, and the differences of the practice made by directors from diverse backgrounds. 　　Both questionnaires and in-depth interviews are used as research methods. The transcripts of those in-depth interviews are analyzed to compare with the results of questionnaires. 　　The main conclusions of the study are: I.Being a communicator and a coordinator between administrators and teachers is the major role that a director of health and physical education subject area plays. II.There are two advantegous conditions for the practice of the role. One is the ability to communicate and coordinate, and the other is the oppornity for professional growth provided by school administration. III.The disadvantegous conditions for the practice of role include the multiple roles played by the director and his/her heavy teaching loads. IV.To improve the communication skills and to provide opportunities for career training are some good strategies to remove the obstacles for the practice of the role. V.The experience of being the director is a significantly different factor for good conditions for the practice of the role; the term of the position is a significantly different factor for bad conditions as well.
