陳定雄Chen, Ding-Xiong2017-02-222025-07-302017-02-222017-02-22https://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/70466學位類別:碩士校院名稱:國立臺灣體育學院系所名稱:休閒運動管理研究所畢業學年度:93年論文頁數:77頁 本研究旨在瞭解以休閒性木球運動介入榮家老人之生活中,對於榮家老人之壓力紓解及健康體能狀況之改善是否有顯著差異。本研究採用實驗組與控制組之前後測方式進行(pretest-posttest control group design)。本實驗自民國九十四年二月至四月止,為期十二週。以彰化自費榮民安養中心之榮民為研究對象,共抽取六十位年齡在70-80歲之間,並經由台中榮總主治醫生證明與推薦之男性老年人,且均分為之實驗組與控制組各30人;所有人員皆為自願參與。研究工具採用翁文彬、陳淑娟(譯)之PSTRI壓力量表及健康體能檢測(體重、血壓、安靜時心跳率、坐姿體前彎、六分鐘健步走)進行前後檢測,將所測得之資料,經由描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定與成對相依樣本t檢定等方法加以分析。 根據研究結果發現,經過三個月木球運動介入後,榮家老人在壓力的紓解及壓力各構面(身體疼痛狀態、情緒狀態、睡眠品質狀態、上半身各器官狀態及心理狀態)之改善比未參加者有顯著差異。在健康體能提升方面,血壓之收縮壓、握力(右)及6分鐘健步走等部分,有顯著差異。由研究結果得知,榮家老人確實可藉由休閒性木球運動活動過程中,獲得自我的愉悅及增進與他人之互動,進而達到紓解身心之功效。亦可透過休閒性木球運動之介入,改善其血壓、肌力及體能等身體狀況,進而促進身體之健康。 This research was to understand whether playing woodball in veterans’ daily life could make any obvious difference of veterans’ pressure and their health conditions. This research adopted a real experimental design plus pretest-posttest control group design. The research started from February until April 2005 and lasted 12 weeks. The Purpose of this study was the veterans in Changhua Veterans Retirement Center. We selected 60 male seniors aged between 70 and 80, recommended and approved by attending physicians in Taichung Veterans Hospital. The samples were divided into the experimental and control groups. Those who anticipated to the experimental group were all volunteers. The research tool included Pressure Index (PSTRI) and examination of physical fitness (weight, blood pressure, resting heartbeat rate, sit-and-reach, six-minute walking) translated and used by Shu- Juan Chen and Wen-Bin Weng. Samples were analyzed using the descriptive statistics, independent t test and dependent t test. The research results showed that, after playing woodball for three months, seniors veterans’ examination result regarding the release of pressure and each pressure aspect (bodily pain, emotional state, quality of sleep, organs in the upper body and metal state) was P<.05 and reached significant level. In physical fitness examination, the result of diastolic pressure, strength of grasp (right) and six-minute walking was P<.05 and also reached significance. From these results, we realize that senior veterans can obtain their own happiness and promote their interaction with other people by playing woodball and then relax their bodies and mind.
