陳重佑Chen, Chung-Yu2017-02-222025-07-302017-02-222017-02-22https://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/70655學位類別:碩士校院名稱:國立臺灣體育學院系所名稱:體育研究所畢業學年度:90年論文頁數:51頁中文摘要 本研究的主要目的是探討老年人從事不同休閒運動型態,在不同高度站立平衡控制能力效果之比較。研究以從事太極拳、網球和游泳運動的65至74歲男性老年人為實驗對象,並以Catsys2000平衡測量系統記錄與分析,每組各18人(共54人)進行雙足張眼站立60秒及各組中隨機抽取6人(共18人)進行單足張眼站立30秒的靜態平衡控制能力,實驗參加者均須站立於平地、1/4身高及1/2身高等三種高度的平台測試。3x3混合設計二因子變異數分析比較平均擺動距離、橫軸擺動距離、矢狀軸擺動距離、擺動面積、擺動速度和擺動強度等平衡控制參數,統計的顯著水準設定為α=.05。研究結果顯示老年人雙足站立平衡控制能力,在不同休閒運動、不同站立高度均沒有顯著差異(p>.05)。在單足站立平衡控制能力方面,從事太極拳運動老年人的平衡控制表現,在平均擺動距離、矢狀軸擺動距離、擺動面積、 動速度和 動強度等參數均優於游泳及網球運動(p<.05)。根據研究結果,雖然不同休閒運動老年人在雙足站立都有相同的控制能力,但是,本研究也建議從事網球與游泳運動的老年人應於運動期間考慮加入單足站立平衡的動作控制訓練。ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to investigate the quiet balance control abilities under various heights standing for old people involved in different recreational activities. Three groups of voluntary participants mainly played Tai-chi Quan, tennis, and swimming respectively, ranging in age between sixty-five and seventy-four years. There were eighteen old people for each group, with fifty-four in total, been asked to perform both feet standing with eyes open for 60 seconds, and six people chosen randomly from each group, with 18 in total, been asked to perform one foot standing with eyes open for 30 seconds. The Catsys 2000 system was used to record and to analysis the balance control abilities during the participant stand on flat ground, a quarter of body height of platform, and a half of body height of platform. The difference for the parameters of balance control ability included mean sway, transversal X, sagittal Y, sway area, sway velocity and sway intensity were analyzed by mixed design, 3 (recreational activity) ´ 3 (treatment), two-way ANOVA, and the significant level was set at .05. The results of the study indicated that there was no any significant difference (p>.05) during both feet standing for three kinds of recreational activity under various standing heights. The quiet one-foot stance balance functions included mean sway, sagittal Y, sway area, sway velocity and sway intensity showed the old people habitual for the Tai-chi Quan exercise were better significantly (p<.05) than those tennis exercise or swimming exercise. Although these findings indicated that old people in the habit of engaging in recreational activities have equal balance control abilities during standing on both feet.
