許光麃Hsu, Kuang-Piao2017-02-272025-07-302017-02-272017-02-27https://ir.ntus.edu.tw/handle/987654321/71362學位類別:碩士校院名稱:國立臺灣體育運動大學系所名稱:體育研究所學號:10001106畢業學年度:102年論文頁數:74頁  本研究係以一位視障少女在一般學校就學時,所參與體育活動課程中遇到之障礙及如何自我突破障礙,研究者透過訪談、文獻蒐集及參與觀察,以生命敘說為研究核心。視障少女筱茨目前為一位在普通高中求學的全盲學生,她出生便因為先天性青光眼而導致全盲,失去了繽紛亮麗的世界,但她從來不因為這樣就放棄自己的未來,無論學習過程比一般人來得繁複、耗時,她總是保持良好的學習態度,在學業成績的表現上非常優異,經由訪談資料分析與整理後,透過本研究的呈現如下: 一、成長背景:筱茨不平凡的表現來自於父母親的堅持陪伴及全心付出、在家人的支持下,能正面思考及自我安排學習目標,養成良好的價值觀,並期許自我生活多元發展。 二、運動障礙:先天的視覺障礙使筱茨在人生起跑點已經落後,使她在體育運動上,無法與一般視力正常學生有相同的學習進度,每每在課前課後總是挫折連連。 三、自我突破:在運動學習中,筱茨的個性樂觀主動,也因為不服輸的個性又自我要求高,她能突破先天上的障礙,接納並認同自我的障礙,學習多樣的運動課程,保持健康的身心狀態。  The study aims to narrate the obstacles a visually-impaired student encountered in the PE classes in a normal school and how she tried to overcome the difficulties resulted from her own physical deficiencies. A life narrative approach was adopted as the core method of this study. The researcher observed and interviewed the target student, as well as searched and collected the related literatures to accomplish the thesis. The target student, Xiao-Ci, is a visually-impaired student in a normal senior high school. She was born totally blind because of innate glaucoma, so she lost the chance to experience the colors of the world. However, she never gave up her future; instead, she kept enthusiasm on studies no matter how complicated and time-consuming her learning process to comprehension would be. As a result, her academic performance was extremely outstanding. After transcribing, coding, analyzing the interview data, the findings are as follows: 1.Background: Xiao-Ci’s extraordinary performance was resulted from her parents’ accompany and devotion. With her family’s supports, she could think positively, set the goals on studies, develop self values and confidence, and expect her own life to be beautiful and various. 2.Barriers to Physical Activities: The innate visual impairments made Xiao-Ci a slower learner on physical education. Therefore, she always felt upset and frustrated before and after the PE classes. 3.Self-breakthrough: Xiao-Ci was optimistic and active in learning sports.
